My air condoning unit loses coolant every year-has since I got a new one (pre AAA Northgate) and they always come the same day and resolve the issue. They are trying to find out why this is happening and continue to test with dyes, etc.

Mitchell West was our technician. He arrived when he said that would be here. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our outside AC Unit, explained the problem and needed repairs to me. He also explained and showed me how to properly clean the outside unit which would help keep the unit running efficiently. Something that I will start doing every spring going forward. He was prompt, courteous, and very informative. It was a very good experience during the service call and even better when he was done as we had ice cold air flowing again in our house. Carmon Nathan attempted to change my filter to the one that was dropped off after the winter furnace check. The one dropped off was the incorrect filter and he indicated he would order one and bring this week. Great service and I appreciate him quickly addressing the filter issue. Nathan is great!
