Will was very nice and helpful in my making a decision as to what to do. But, nothing has been done yet so I really can't give you my opinion as to the completed job. So far, so good. Everything is working as it should and I learned a lot from Chris as to the workings of the Aprilaire Humidifier. I also found a good instructional video on Youtube which was a good visualization of the process. Thank you.

Chris was great. Helped me troubleshoot and did get the unit working and heating the house... Unfortunately this wind is too much for the problem part that will need to get fixed as soon as possible... But I do appreciate that he did come to the house in the PM hours. Right now (11:09pm) I've got the water running in all faucets along w. 3 space heaters and the stove running to get some kind of heat in the house. It's going to be a long night #UNKNOWN#
