Have been using Brown's since 2021 and recently replaced our entire HVAC system. Brown's was nothing short of fantastic. Quality work, great crew, fair price and exceeded all expectations. Can't recommend them enough.

Always happy with Browns. Joe Horvath was quick and efficient at making his estimates. I had spoken with three local highly rated HVAC companies about replacing my furnace and a/c. Brown's was by far the best price, and listened to what I actually wanted rather than trying to sell me upgrades. They had sold me the previous system which lasted for a very long time. The installation went smoothly, was faster than I thought it would be, and all the workers were great. If you need HVAC service in Monmouth County, you won't find better. April 2025–I had Chris and another guy out to prep the a/c for summer ( since it’s brand new) and look into a sound from the blower. Chris explained the cause of the sound and remedied the issue simply. I honestly don’t know why you’d use anyone else in Monmouth County.

Chris was great. Helped me troubleshoot and did get the unit working and heating the house... Unfortunately this wind is too much for the problem part that will need to get fixed as soon as possible... But I do appreciate that he did come to the house in the PM hours. Right now (11:09pm) I've got the water running in all faucets along w. 3 space heaters and the stove running to get some kind of heat in the house. It's going to be a long night #UNKNOWN#

Joe was courteous, prompt and was able to be honest enough to have us rethink our need to do anything at this time.
