Really enjoyed services provided by Ace Solves it All. Scheduling the appointments over the phone went smoothly. I also must give high marks for Eric - HVAC, Thomas - Plumbing and Emmanuel - Electrical. They were all prompt, friendly and each explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. Rey Santamaria did a superb job installing a new kitchen faucet and shower head. Ace responded quickly and Rey was quick and efficient.
Robert and Giovanni came and checked AC system and cleaned. Very professional and gave a good report. Cleared the drainage system and recommended an easy fix to prevent clogging. Very happy.

Dan Mr Dasousa and his partner were very professional and courteous. I have had an on going issue with a new A/C unit that has been difficult at best to diagnose. They both utilized every tool at their disposal and were not able to solve the problem today. That being said, however, they are taking the issue back to the shop in order to discuss it with management . Having used Ace Solves It All for many years and have had this team here before, I have all the confidence in the world that the problem will be found and corrected in the very near future.

Robert Friendly and efficient technicians very personable and respectful to your home and needs. Robert & JD were out here the past 2 days. My only complaint is with dispatch call up procedures... when they call to advise about scheduling or arrival times or follow up, the caller ID shows other then Ace Solves or something that represents your company. I have caller ID and voice mail recording. With so many Telemarketing and scam calls I and others I am sure screen their calls and dont answer until we know who is calling. If the dispatcher would say something on the recorder or leave a proper message then I would answer. This would help your techs and more efficient operations. If you would like I would be happy to discuss this. Proper ID would be better.

We had - a problem with are mobile home - it need a new ground wire - we call - like 8 other companies to gives us and estimate - the other companies just wanted to take advantage of the situation - we call ace solves all - and they did it the next day gives us - a fair price - and the electrician name is Don Dowdy - very professional compassionate - told us how to save money - and also got the job done - without to many - Bs - thank you so much I would highly recommend this company -
