Brett was amazing at fixing our AC on a very hot day! I am so happy I pay the monthly membership fee. Our unit was blowing air but not cold, I called BONSKY and they were able to send Brett out within a couple hours. He knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it within the hour. We are so thankful for the team at BONSKY for keeping us cool on the hot summer we've had!
Devon was very Punctual and courteous got the job done explain what it was and the AC is working great thank you Devon . Would highly recommend Bonsky Heating and Cooling Devon is a great employee!

Larry was great. He gave my A/C unit a thorough checkup and it passed in flying colors. Larry is definitely an asset to Bonsky Heating & Cooling. I was so impressed with him today that I gave him one of my dogs to ride in his truck with him to keep him company. He named the dog "Bonsky" which is so appropriate. Now I will always request Larry for any service calls so I can keep in contact with Bonsky.

Brett was straight forward and honest, while at the same time courteous throughout the whole process. When we had a problem with the furnace that he noticed, he described it in a way for both of us to understand. Highly recommend!

John Raymond was extremely helpful and kind during the entire diagnostic as well as the repair. I enjoyed his explanations as to why the issue occurred and how to prevent it in the future. 100% would request Raymond for my next service.
Raymond I'm sorry I can't remember the guys name but the one who did the finishing of my unit. He was the only one who was hear both times. He was awesome and he explained everything to me so I could understand my unit. He always answered all my questions politely. He his an Amazing and a very hard worker. We would highly recommend Bonsky Heating & Cooling. We talked with Chris about a new air conditioner and then decided to wait until next year. Ours decided to quit working so got in touch with Chris and He said it would be about two weeks. The temperature started rising and was going to be 90 degrees so Chris called and said he would bring out a window air conditioner. We appreciated that so much. Also they moved our appointment up and we only had to wait a couple of days. These guys were awesome to work with and had our new air conditioner installed in about 3 hours. We appreciate them going the extra mile to make us comfortable!
