Tristin from Benjamin Franklin plumbing service showed up and took care of our broken water mane within 3 hours on the weekend. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciated him going above and beyond to get the job done in a Saturday after hours so that our Airbnb guests did not have very long without water. I had a rep / plumber come out and do a complete inspection of my home as well as take care of a leaking spicket. Ben Carr was very clear in his explanation of what he was doing and his assessment of the condition. He also did a thorough job of fixing the leaking spicket. The technician/salesman came out, looked at my sewer alarm light and immediately started writing me a quote for $7000. Spent 15 of the 20 minutes he was here writing the quote and left without fixing anything. Told me (and my 3 girls and wife) we couldn't use the toilets/showers/etc because the system would overflow. Also, I needed to make a decision right away so we could get on the schedule and be able to use our plumbing again. As soon as he left, I pulled the pump, removed the debris and had it working 45 minutes later...in the dark...Not a plumber. Came out in a timely manner diagnosed problem fixed problem. Came out again for upgrade. Went out of his way to determine the REAL PROBLEM. Not enough air. Builders under rated return Air by 1.7 tons. Taxing unit and causing premature failure. Technition WELL schooled.
