Third time having someone from Mendel come out this year, all 3 have been great. Called in late on a Sunday afternoon with a bad clog in my mom’s bathroom causing water to back up.Someone was here within 90 minutes. They worked fast, they were undisruptive, and fixed the problem quickly. Very upfront with pricing (more expensive off hours which was disclosed before dispatching someone, which makes sense it was nearly 6pm on a sunday) laid out their estimate and explained possible issues that could cause changes. Then got straight to work.
Anthony M. from Mendel arrived on time this morning for the seasonal AC check-up as part of our annual MendelCare membership. He spent roughly 1.5 hours checking the interior furnace/blower and exterior compressor. Put the system through its paces then explained his findings in detail along with a couple of suggestions on how to prolong the life of our 13 year old system. Great job. Highly recommend them. Best in the tri-cities.
