We had some major issues with our power in the living room and the dining room along with outlet issues. Jamie, the dispatcher was very friendly on the phone and was kind and caring. The electrician, Scott... was very professional and knowledgeable about everything and told us in detail about everything he had to do and stayed in the area for 3 days. Scott Amar and Wire Doctors were wonderful! First, they came out and inspected the job and promptly provided an estimate for the work. They were then able to schedule the work on a day that met our schedule. We had 3 new circuits added and it was a challenging job. It's an old house and it required quite a bit of ingenuity to route the wiring from the box all the way to the other side of the house to the kitchen. Amar carefully planned his path and methodically executed his plan. He came around 10am and worked tirelessly until after 7pm. Never took a break and wouldn't let me get him something for lunch or dinner. We couldn't be happier and will definitely go to Wire Doctors for any future electrical work. Amar The communication with The Wire Doctors was polite, quick, and professional. Im impressed with how quickly they got someone to my house, especially since it wasnt an emergency. I initially spoke to Jamie K and again before the technician arrived and afterwards to make sure everything was ok. I appreciated the constant communication. Andrew, the electrician was great. He was super friendly, on time, and professional but with a good personality, which I find rare. Andrew explained everything in detail and broke it down for me. I thought the job was going to take awhile as my previous stove was hard wired and they cant do that anymore. He was done in a matter of mere minutes. He over explained a lot of things but as a teacher myself I appreciate that he was willing to share any information with me that other people might want to know. Thank you again.
