Water heater quit working around noon, called Penning at 1:18. New water heater installed and warming up at 4:00. Great job.

Frank We had a dryer delivered from Lowes and were immediately notified that the gas line needed to be replaced and reconfigured before installation. Pennington was able to dispatch a technician within an hour of my inquiry call and the technician, Adam, finished the project within two hours of arrival. The service was prompt, professional and handled with care. I strongly recommend working with them when you find yourself up a creek without a paddle.
Fixed within 24 Hours Our kitchen disposal finally conked out, so I called Penning at 4pm Monday. They had a technician out to me the next morning, called 30 minutes out, was clear about costs, and replaced it with no fuss within the hour. This is the second time I've used them, and they have been prompt, friendly, and inexpensive both times. Yay for local companies!
Everything was great but I thought your pricing was very high. We paid almost $1000 to have one sink snaked and 5 others have drain cleaner poured down them.
