Brad B. from Penning Plumbing in Grand Rapids, MI did a great job providing quotes and packages regarding sink trap replacement for our leaking issue. Then Brad inspected all the traps in the house. We decided to replace 2 others that were on the verge of failure. Also, at the same time did recommend replacing shut off valves in the same areas. Brad was knowledgeable about the problem and products.

5 Star experience with the front desk for scheduling. I called looking for a plumber to be able to help me out pretty much immediately with an issue with my fridge valve. They said they could send someone out to take a look shortly, same day. I ended up canceling the appointment due to the company I had called before calling me back to say they could come immediately, but I really appreciated the communication of Penning and willingness to work me in right away to the day's schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to call again if I had a plumbing issue and was looking for a same day appointment. Thanks, Penning!
This is the second time we’ve had Darrel from Penning help us out. He installed our water heater last year, and today a new furnace. He is kind, considerate, and helpful. We were in a bind with no heat and two little kids. He dropped off four space heaters which allowed us to stay in our home overnight while the new furnace was being ordered. Highly recommend!! 10/10
