Brad came and was a lifesaver with a shower repair where the pipe was corroded and broke behind the wall. He was very clear in explaining it to me and discussing repair options. He was a pleasure to work with.

I telephoned Penning due to rust in the area of my showerhead and Levon in the office was wonderful, sending out Brad and Zach the very next morning. Those two guys were absolutely terrific and installing a hot water heater is not a simple quick job but they were careful and respectful of my home, plus left me nothing to clean up afterwards.
