I contacted Thomas Edison because an outlet in my bedroom needed to be fixed. They sent Jason, who was on time, respectful, and professional. He provided excellent service. I have an old, so there is usually an unexpected challenge involved in every task. The outlet did not immediately work after Jason replaced the fixture. However, he was patient and persistently sought out the problem via conversation and visual inspection to determine the source of the problem. The outlet now works!
Thomas Edison's technician, "Josh", was on time, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient with our concerns and questions, he installed our bathroom GFCI, several other GFCI's in the home, finally installing an exhaust fan in our 2nd bathroom. All up to code with no short cuts. Would highly recommend.

An urgent repair was needed for my mothers home. My mother is elderly and I needed to manage the system urgently and remotely. I was able to get through to customer service quickly and they handled the process smoothly, and efficiently. Josh, the electrician arrived at my mothers house within a few hours and assessed the situation. Josh had to come back the next day to finish the repair as he needed to get parts and the problem was fixed within less than 24 hours. Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and he worked remotely with me and customer service to manage the problem efficiently. He left the house clean and neat as a pin. The service was well above my expectations and yes I will call them again for other repairs as we need them.

Thomas Edison Electric was great to work with! I called them on a Sunday when I happened to see their vehicle at a neighbors house. They promptly came over to check out what I needed done and came back today to do the work. New bathroom exhaust fan, fix a 3 way switch and fix some external home outlets. My electrician Jason was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way.

I am so glad that I called Thomas Edison Electric for my problem. Their customer service was the best and the technician arrived when I was told he would. He wore a mask and gloves and was so polite and meticulous about his work and did a beautiful job. A tree had fallen on my power lines and tore the weatherhead off my roof and when he was finished with the job it was better than new. The power company technicians that came out to reconnect my electric said he did and excellent job making their job easier. I would highly recommend Thomas Edison Electric to everyone.
We had a total emergency, rain water in both the inside and outside electrical boxes. Outlets shutting down, one at a time, all night long! Corroded connections failing. Thomas Edison answered the call right away and scheduled a service man for that morning. Troubleshooting and repairs took over 10 hours, and the electrician stayed and completed all repairs without complaint. Company was honest, professional, efficient, and timely. There's no match for Thomas Edison in the market today!
