Kooper is super nice, very professional, and it is great to have him do our electrical work. He answers questions thoroughly and makes thoughtful suggestions for things we need to address.
Kooper Jack was efficient, neat, and extremely well informed about appliances. He quickly took care of the dishwasher issue and then let me pick his brain about different types of washers and dryers. I had tried a couple of other installers and plumbing companies to come out and check the dishwasher issue but no one “repairs“. I was so glad to find Hometown has someone who can do this. Thank you!
Jack I needed a faucet repaired to get my water back on. Austin , did a good job getting the faucet straightened out and our dog even like him . For plumbing problems these guys and gals have solutions.
Austin Amazing Company! Couldnt get anyone else put there and then i came across Hometown plumbing and they had booked me right away and was flexiable with my schedule. They was on time and All the ladies in the office were always super kind, helpful and very consitent. Yalls technician Josh Dunn was the guy who pumped out are septic ! Great guy and certainly did a good job. His picture and name wasnt on the list of technicians so I can only give him praise here ! Thanks again guys !!

I had Jerry and Jack come out to look at my dishwasher and garbage disposal. I am very pleased with the new hot water heater and pressure reducing valve. I also signed up for the maintenance program. I am very impressed and will recommend Hometown to everyone in and around the Tri-Cities.
Jerry My husband dealt with the guys who were here to do the grounding of our propane tank and he’s horrible with names, but he was so happy with the experience he had me call back when we needed HVAC support for our range hood. Jack Mitman got that call and he was amazing- professional, polite, knowledgeable and even taught me a few things while he was here! Looking forward to getting a service contract in place because we know Hometown will continue to take care of us!

We couldn't unclog a pipe, in kitchen. After 2 days and multiple calls to plumbers in Johnson City & Jonesborough; Hometown plumbing came to the rescue with an electric 75ft snake. Rusty Wallace, our plumber was very knowledgeable, personable and was in & out of our house in maybe an hour. I would and have recommended this company.
