Anakin came out to give me some options & pricing for relocating my washer & dryer. He was polite, friendly, gave me several different options and recommendations, and was patient while answering my many questions. I’ve used Hometown for HVAC, electric, and plumbing and have been thoroughly impressed with them in every interaction. This company goes above & beyond expectation & I would recommend them over & over! Update as of 3/31/26 - Ty & Parker came out to replace my HVAC system. They were awesome! So kind, got the system replaced, and we can already feel the difference. The customer service is always helpful & kind, too. Shout out to Jordan! 1,000/10. Anakin Borghi Billy and Chris was very professional and had the job done quickly. Would recommend this company anytime. UPDATE 3/26/26 I had work done on 1/30/26 to fix a electrical problem I had with 4 plugin outlets not working. The guy spent 20 minutes and problem was solved, he never had to replace any outlets, because he said it was just a lose connection from my main breaker box. Now we're not even two months in and my problem is back, decided to call and see if they warranty their work and was told they do not, but they could send someone back out to look at it again and recharge me for a second time. I spent $300 for 20 mins of work the first time, No, I'm not giving another $300 for another 20 mins and them not even give a warranty for their work or try to make it right with me, for it to only happen again. Then was told over the phone, the guy gave me a estimate for some other problems he saw that added up to over $500. I'm sorry, but the guy never gave me a estimate on anything other then the work he did with the plugins that day. I never got a copy of my receipt or a email of my receipt. I only signed what he told me to sign on his tablet to say he done the job. Very disappointed that I now have to find someone else to redo this job, that should have be done right the first time. I can also say, that the guy that did my job, ask me to do a review and give it a 5 star, because if they get so many 5 star reviews they get a free gift card to a restaurant. So I'm assuming that's why they have so many 5 star reviews. I think its misleading to the costumer because, I based there company on all the 5 stars review I saw before I called them. I hate to be this way, but I'm out $300 and have to call another company and give more money to get the problem fixed by someone else. I was okay with giving them $300 to fix my problem even though I thought it was overpriced for what work was actually done. Company literally made $15 per minute for 20 mins and can't even make it right on a single momma.
Billy Parmann Johnathan came out to look at a stubborn sink that wasn't draining. He looked at the configuration and, instead of charging me the $240 to try and snake a drain that wasn't possible, he was completely honest and transparent with me about my options. He told me he didn't want to charge me for a job that isn't going to produce results. That type of honesty is hard to come by these days. He discussed a few other options with me to fix the sink longterm and we will explore those options in the future.
Hayden Hartman Jonathan was great to work with & explained everything and answered all of our questions. Excellent job on installing our new vanity!
Ben and Jacob worked quickly and efficiently removing my old water heater and installing a new one. He kept me informed of their progress, cleaned up when they were finished, answered my questions. When they had to come in the house, they were shoe coverings to keep my floors clean of dirt. I received a call ahead of time letting me know when they were coming my way which I really appreciate. This is the second service call for a different water heater and the first time was also an excellent experience. I would definitely continue to use their services and highly recommend Hometown Plumbing and the services they offer.
