Upgraded to a new tankless water heater after my original, lesser model, was on it's last leg. Sam and Jeb did the install on Wednesday and then had to call back and have Ben and Zach come back out on Friday to make some internal parameter setting adjustments...in order to get it running properly for a residential set up. All in all....even with a few hick-ups along the way...this was a good experience and I would definitely recommend their plumbing services.
Sam Anakin was very professional. He evaluated the job and presented the options to do the job. He discussed those options with me and answered my questions. He did the job I wanted to try first and he was successful. I will use Hometown again because of the customer service and it was minimal cost which is very important to me.

We called Hometown for an HVAC leak, as well as maintenance on our HVAC system and furnace. Justin came out and was very professional. He did a great job of cleaning and maintaining all of our units and also of addressing any potential problems, taking time to answer all questions and to instruct us on what we could do to maintain good operation. We signed a total care contract and are glad to know we have reliable service whenever we need it.
Justin I had Jerry and Jack come out to look at my dishwasher and garbage disposal. I am very pleased with the new hot water heater and pressure reducing valve. I also signed up for the maintenance program. I am very impressed and will recommend Hometown to everyone in and around the Tri-Cities.
Jerry My husband dealt with the guys who were here to do the grounding of our propane tank and he’s horrible with names, but he was so happy with the experience he had me call back when we needed HVAC support for our range hood. Jack Mitman got that call and he was amazing- professional, polite, knowledgeable and even taught me a few things while he was here! Looking forward to getting a service contract in place because we know Hometown will continue to take care of us!

We couldn't unclog a pipe, in kitchen. After 2 days and multiple calls to plumbers in Johnson City & Jonesborough; Hometown plumbing came to the rescue with an electric 75ft snake. Rusty Wallace, our plumber was very knowledgeable, personable and was in & out of our house in maybe an hour. I would and have recommended this company.
