Myles did an extraordinary job working on my job. He evaluated the problem and then we discussed the next steps. As next steps began, he explained what was to happen step by step and began solving the problem. He had a great attitude through the entire process. I would highly recommend John C Flood and especially Myles Long.

They installed a dehumidifier on existing heat pump and a tankless water heater. It all took only 1 day. So far, it seems to be working. The humidity level is down from over 60% to 50% overnight.

In inspecting our heating/cooling unit, yet again Flood more than rose to the challenge: prompt, courteous, knowledgeable!

Recommend John C. Flood Sharing to 0/25 Posts must be at least 25 characters Daniel Myers and is colleague came to replace our very old furnace with a new one. The company said it would take a day and Daniel arrived right on time, talked with me about best way to get the old out and the new in, and then covered everything with drop cloths. They moved everything that was in the way very carefully and when they finished (looked great to me!), they had cleaned up and replaced everything perfectly. They were nice, efficient and easy to work with. We have worked with John C. Flood technicians for years and their staff are always just great! Daniel is the same.
