Daniel did an amazing job with our heating inspection. Our annual subscription covered the cost, but he provided exceptional service. He even fixed something we had installed earlier and determined it was not working properly. Personable, professional, amazing customer service. We'll be asking for him to do our service again in the future.

As always, Luke has taken care of my AC/Heat unit for my office. He was here yesterday for regular maintenance. Explained to me what he had done and provided photos of the unit and replaced filters. John C Flood had a technician out to service the unit within 90 minutes of my call. Dale was very efficient and got the blown transformer and one other part replaced. 10/21/2025-Cleared kitchen drain quickly, efficiently and very professional. 11/14/2024-Plumbing inspection completed and no issues. Past work by JC Flood insured all is working fine. 7/18/2024-The repair of my dripping bathtub faucet became a replacement of all the tub's faucet hardware. It was done very quickly; parts were available, and work was professional. The plumber was courteous, provided suggestions, costs and pros and cons of the options. 2022-Preventative maintenance of HVAC system and plumbing was thorough and professionally done. Very satisfied. A very quick professional job.

The company said it would take a day and Daniel arrived right on time, talked with me about best way to get the old out and the new in, and then covered everything with drop cloths. They moved everything that was in the way very carefully and when they finished (looked great to me!), they had cleaned up and replaced everything perfectly. They were nice, efficient and easy to work with. We have worked with John C. Flood technicians for years and their staff are always just great! Daniel is the same.
