Fantastic experience with G.I. Plumbing! I initially contacted them because I love that the company is veteran owned. The online, hassle free appointment booking is also a huge plus. We’ve had Tim do most of the previous work in the last 2 years, including installing a new water heater, adding a pressure regulator, updating our kitchen faucet, and replacing the main shutoff valve. Recently, we had Dom and Austin fix a running toilet. No complaints whatsoever - the work is done quickly and efficiently, and always in a courteous manner. Top notch customer service in comparison to other plumbers we’ve used in the past, and I love that there wasn’t the usual sales pitch either. 100% recommend! Thank YOU for your service
Adam and Tim were the technicians that were sent in to look at the issue I was having with a second hot water tank. Adam diagnosed the problem and Tim came in to complete the repairs. Both guys acted professionally and could not have been more concerned with the problem. Great job by both guys. On a side note Leslie in the office did a great job scheduling the guys in. The service line to our home had to be replaced. Mike, Sean and Dom came and did the job. We were impressed, these guys never stopped working. Even when it was their lunch time, they ate in shifts and the work never stopped. Equally impressive was the way they cleaned up after the work was complete. They cleaned our driveway and the street. With the amount of back breaking work that went into this we find the amount of money we paid to be fair. Will call this company again if more plumbing if needed. Just has G.I. plumbing out again for a different issue Joe came this time and did an excellent job replacing a split valve. As always with the technicians from this company very knowledgeable, courteous and prestine work. Once again had given plumbing come out for another issue completely unrelated to the previous ones Joe got the issue handled perfectly. Also was super easy scheduling with Victoria.
Another wonderful Experience with G.I. plumbing, Joe did an inspection & pipe replacement for me today. Absolutely love this company! Great service great staff! Victoria and Dom were absolutely wonderful being able to schedule and take care of our problem today. They are so professional, kind and understanding. G.I. plumbing is the best! We would be lost without this company!!!
Dom was great! Had GI out to evaluate a leak in my kitchen faucet. He recommended replacing the faucet. We scheduled the installation for today, and, he was there and done well within the estimate window. GI is our plumber for any and all needs. Definitely won't be disappointed with them!
I have used GI a few times now and they’ve always come and opened everything back up. Good customer service.
5/16/2025 update - my basement drain backed up. Another excellent service call from Joe. He cleared and diagnosed why the issue occurred. Joe then provided and explained three quote options for a permanent repair. 2024 - Call GI Plumbing first to save yourself time and hassle. I needed my house shutoff valve replaced, to complete a kitchen remodel project, but was getting the runaround and upselling from other companies so I gave GI Plumbing a call. Joe was on time, courteous, and gave me options with a detailed quote on his iPad. Scheduling the job was dependent on the water company and GI Plumbing was very responsive to limit the outage. Adam was courteous, efficient and did an excellent job replacing the valve.
