This winter has indeed been very cold and our heater has been working overtime. I detected an odor that I thought was coming from the heater, so I wanted to have it checked out. I called George Plumbing whom we have used for many years. They sent Nelson Guerrero whom we have met before and are truly impressed with his courteous manner, quality of service, attention to detail, and knowledge of the situation. We’ve worked with George’s Plumbing for about 15 years servicing two homes. They have been instrumental in keeping our homes HVAC and plumbing running smoothly. Recently we had a water leak from a defective valve inside the housing of our bathroom. Because we have a contract with this company that checks valves annually, insurance paid for the entire remediation effort $20k. Insurance wanted to deny the claim saying it was a sudden onset but had their hands tied when they received a letter from GA plumbing proving due diligence. I also appreciate the techs explaining how to better watch for issues and how I can do simple repairs myself.

David We needed the flame to turn on our heater. He replaced something and then our house got warm very quickly. He showed me how to toggle between the two before he left. He replaced our filter which I had an extra of before he left too. Overall, very respectful and kind man who got the job done quickly and efficiently.
Wayne was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was also punctual, which is a huge plus for our family. The install on our new toilet upstairs was flawless. Wayne was meticulous and did not leave anything behind with regard to the work area. He demonstrated respect by informing us of every step involved with the project. In addition, he kept his mask and shoe covers on the entire time he was inside our home, which was highly appreciated. The cost of the project was fair and reasonable. We are using this company again later this week for another toilet install and other miscellaneous projects around the house. Wayne deserves 5+ stars and will be receiving future referrals.
