I was just visited by Mr. L. Raymond from R.S. Andrews. He is the most patience young man, and I always carry a notepad full of questions. In addition, he has been to my house 3 times to give me information on various HVAC repairs and purchases that I am interested in getting for my home. Each time he has shown as stated before patience. He knows his business, in my case, furnaces and I enjoyed and learned alot during his time with me.
