Prior to my appointment I was weary of what I would experience due to poor experiences in the past with hvac technicians. Our water heater died on us on Sunday. GVP got us a new one installed by 5pm on Monday. Curvan was absolutely great! He was so professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I had no questions. He even put salt in my waters softener for me. Loren was also super helpful and caring. The last time they were here they fixed a plumbing problem for me. They have great communication skills, and they are good about letting me know exactly when they will be here.
