And they were very kind to our dog, Leeloo Tristian was very respectful of our space and our property--he took special care to ensure our flooring was not scratched when he cleaned our vents. And Justin left our bathrooms spotless after he very competently installed our new toilets.

Tristan did a very; thorough job cleaning the ducts on both of our furnaces. . He explained everything that he was going to do, took pictures and showed me the ducts with the dirt particles in them and showed me the pictures of the same ducts AFTER he had cleaned them. Our water heater died on us on Sunday. GVP got us a new one installed by 5pm on Monday. Curvan was absolutely great! He was so professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I had no questions. He even put salt in my waters softener for me. Loren was also super helpful and caring.
