Nate arrived and quickly went to work and finished quickly. He provided a quick update on what he did and provided feedback on possible future decisions.

Josh was excellent! We asked a lot of questions and he took time to explain everything in easy to understand terms. He also made sure to show us what was causing the problem instead of just telling us. He was very knowledgeable about our issues and plumbing. He was also kind and patient with our puppies!

Daniel came round to fix two leaking toilets and change a broken supply valve. He did a thorough diagnosis, detailed range of quotations, and then fixed it. Then he helped affix some tags to our key valves on our furnace, water heater and water supply, so if there is any problem we know which is which. He is a great ambassador for the competence and professionalism of Applewood.

As always, all went very well. Estevan explained things well so I could make best choice to fit my needs. Also, was very detailed what he woud do and how as well as showed pictures of progress of work. Thank you.

Applewood, plumbing has been very attentive when I've called them each time. Jamie has been out here twice now and knows exactly what he's doing and has gotten the job done in a timely fashion and told us exactly what was wrong. And when we called them again a few months later when our basement flooded, he came right back out and they did the work with no charge because it was under warranty. I've had quite a few plumbing problems, but Applewood has been out within a few hours or at least same day to handle the problem. Their technicians are skilled and knowledgeable. And very helpful. I would definitely call them again if I needed them for plumbing issues. And Jamie is excellent!!!

We used their electrical (Jon Williams) and A/C (Rachel Pemberton) inspection services. Both did an outstanding job. Both were just inspections but found were some issues we needed to address before they became serious. The issues were resolved expeditiously and quickly (thankfully). 5/5 or 10/10 stars!

Jacob W. did an amazing job installing my kitchen faucet and shower heads, as well as fixing my water pressure (PSI was too high) and outside water spigots. He was very friendly and professional, and was able to get everything done in a single day. Im definitely going to ask for him the next time I have a plumbing job, highly recommend!
