Bruce James was professional, very polite and is knowledgeable Electrician. He was able to correct the issues and I no longer have concerns. Applewood also has a great dispatch and scheduling team. I think of Applewood first for my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

There was a plastic tube running from the water heater to the humidifier. Twice recently it had leaked. This time, the tube cracked, resulting in water being sprayed into the mechanical room. I called this morning and Mark arrived within the day. He quickly replaced the plastic tube with a copper one. I think this will solve the problem. I appreciated his efficiency and good humor.
