They did a great job cleaning up all the dust and debris from the install, including the landing and steps material that had to be removed. We're very happy with the quality work.

The technician was Damian, his name wasn’t on the list. He worked diligently from 1000 to nearly 1800 with only a very short lunch break. He managed to install two lifts in a 100 year old house that is difficult to work on. I appreciate his hard work.

Great job installing a wheelchair ramp and a few other accessible items. Took the time to adapt the ramp to work around a floor drain plug which helped us out a lot! Great communicator and cleaned up after. Recommend the company and Hakeem.

Job is not yet complete, waiting on part plus change in the toilet area. Craftsmen have been professional and willing to make alterations as necessary to accommodate my husband. That is how they make each visit better.
The purchase of the stair chair was a very good experience - excellent installation with skilled and careful worker complete with user instructions. The use of the chair has allowed me access to basement where my equipment that I use is located while I am improving on my physical condition. I highly recommend the product and company!
