I learned several things today, Kenny is knowledgeable in many things. The entire process went very smoothly and quickly - I first called seven days ago, and now have the system installed. I am completely satisfied.

Totally satisfied with the beautiful bathroom that now occupies our basement. All the finishes are excellent and the design features are well coordinated. Best of all, we passed all inspections and have everything up to code. Thanks, especially to Nick for all his hard work and Ken for working so hard until late into the night resolve our unfortunate water valve leak. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction.
Nick Hakeem was prompt, called the day before and offered to come a day earlier then the original appointment- which was very appreciated. He took care to not damage our home while maneuvering the long pieces of track into place and cleaned up after the job was done. Hakeem also took plenty of time showing us how to use the chair and its safety features. Thank you, Hakeem!!!
Hakeem We recently purchased a ranch style home so that our son who has a disability could have one level living. We do unfortunately have steps into the home and going in and out has been a problem. Jesse came out and helped figure out the best plan which is a lift into the home. Jesse also cleared his schedule to build a platform because they were booked out farther than he wanted us to wait. He and Hakeem did an amazing job getting it in, and ther owner even came out to help and make sure all was well. Hakeem was really helpful and thorough in getting the lift put in for us. After working eith then they fell like friends. Our experience with the whole company has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in referring them to work with anyone.

Hakeem Wakeem arrived on time. He confirmed where the stair lift was to be installed. He started working immediately and worked hard to the finish. He was detailed and thorough in training me about the operation of the stair lift. He listened to me when I was concerned about the chair height matching the wheelchair height and adjusted the seat so we would have an easy transfer from lift chair to wheelchair. He was very friendly and I appreciated his professionalism which is rare these days.

Job is not yet complete, waiting on part plus change in the toilet area. Craftsmen have been professional and willing to make alterations as necessary to accommodate my husband. That is how they make each visit better.
The purchase of the stair chair was a very good experience - excellent installation with skilled and careful worker complete with user instructions.
