I called Jackson and Foster as my heating and air were not working. The next day Korey came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He showed how my electrical system in the unit had actually burned. Within 2 days the installers came out and worked diligently to install my new system. A huge job but they were excellent, very professional and tidy. I now have a new system that works beautifully. I highly recommend Jackson and Foster as a professional company that gets the job done
Kory came in, listened to what I had experienced and then set about testing the system. He cleaned out the water filter and showed the temperature changes within the duct once it was operating correctly. He didn't leave until we were positive that everything was operating properly. Greatly appreciated getting the heat going again for our heat exchange unit.
Kory did maintenance on heating and air conditioning. On time, polite and careful not to track anything into the house.

Miguel Bought my original system from Mauzy. In the 14 years since then, Jackson and Foster have provided better support and service than Mauzy ever did. To give an example, after using the system they installed,I asked them if they could adjust the strength coming from the vents. They wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to install dampers. Much later, Jackson and Foster came out to replace my antique heater and installed the dampers at no charge. They will be getting my business from now on.
