I want to start my review by saying this company has done a few repair in the recent past and they all went extremely well. That is until my shower repair. First I want to let you know that my shower tile is old. (1990) They replaced my copper pipes with some kind of flex pipe and did not stabilize the new pipes in the wall. This caused the tile around the fixtures (over a few weeks, if that) to cave into the wall leaving large holes making the shower unusable due to water leaking into my wall when in use. I called them and they sent a technician (same one that missed up in the first place) out to look at the shower. The technician told me to get the paperwork where I signed a tile damage waiver. Like really!!! I told him that he is to blame. My tile was not caved into the wall when he left after the repair. In all fairness the company did send out a better technician to handle the repair. He did stabilize the wall (was very professional) and come back to fix the tile. My issue is that the tile repair looks like I did it. (just grout to cover the holes) Texas Quality Plumbing did not offer anything. Not a refund for the work or even an apology. I would use caution when having them do any work when they replace pipes.
I have used Texas Quality Plumbing for approximately 10 years and they are courteous, knowledgeable and always do an outstanding job. Cedric did an outstanding job in detecting the issues in my home as well as explaining the repairs needed. I have had their technicians, Emilo Aleman, Hector Moreno and Ruben working the installations. They all were professional and worked in a timely manner.
Mr. Jorge did an excellent job repairing some of my pipes. I highly recommend his service and this company.
Richard was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. He helped us quickly determine that installing a traditional water softener was not going to be in our best interest. He explained to us the saltless alternative Halo system benefits and advantages and we are looking forward to having the system installed tomorrow.
Richard Freddy A and his assistant, in my opinion did an outstanding job. They had to remove a granite sink from a very tight spot. they handled everything well.
Pepe and Cristian were organize and knowledgeable on explaining how everything worked. I recommend them and give a high rating.

Austin is AWSOME he addressed my issues very quickly and offered options. Not pushy just stated the facts and literally showed me where I have plumbing problems and showed me where the next potential problem will most likely occur. I have spent A-LOT of money over the past 4 years with plumbing issues in a 1984 house and did not receive the service or repairs, repiping etc that I thought I got and paid for. Very happy with Austin and this company.

Had a lot of corrosion on our gas line above ground to our pool heater...TQP came out first to evaluate the issue for repair! Another team came out dug around problem area and found the real problem other than corrosion on one pipe we had a leak underground on a different pipe. They didnt have the right connections to fix it that day. A different plumber came out after the weekend (Monday) to make all repairs but he did not have the right coupling in his van to attach the riser to the cities yellow gas line. Same plumber came back on Tuesday with a trainee and completed the repair. This wasnt a crucial or dangerous leak that demanded immediate repair. We are very pleased with the repair because it was done right. They cleaned up and filled in the trench so well you can barely see they were there. Pepe and Chea thank you for a job well done and for your patience on a very hot day requiring a lot of digging to repair it correctly vs a fast fix for future problems.. Well done guys! Thanks TQP,

I was very late in getting to the location. But they patiently waited for 10 minutes until I got there. I had my mother with me whom had dementia and the amount of patience they exhibited towards her and her dog was commendable. They worked quickly and I was pleased with the services provided.

Plumbers were very professional. They came to fix a problem, but showed me that it was more serious than I thought. They fixed my problem in a timely manner, cleaned up their 'mess' and were done.
Highly recommended! They did a great job fixing up our jacuzzi for a GREAT price. Besides doing an excellent job and GREAT customer service, they were professional, punctual, and very helpful in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. They really worked with us. Will definitely be calling them again. Also, Mercedes in the main office is very sweet and helpful!
We just replaced our hot water heater. Texas Quality Plumbing did a great job. They were very thorough, professional, informative and careful of our home cleaning everything up nicely. They are now our plumbers of choice!
My water heater was blowing hot water onto the street. I called and was expecting to have to replace the whole thing. Josh said it was merely a failed valve, swapped it out in 30 minutes and saved me a TON of money. Did I mention it was 6:30 PM on a Saturday night? On President's Day weekend? During the All Star game? They were here in an hour! These guys are awesome and the number is saved in my phone for next time!
Would recommend this plumber. Highly satisfied with work, job turned out to be more involved than expected. Josh took time to find right parts and finish job in timely manner. Also very reasonably priced.
I was very impressed with the speedy response from Mercedes at Texas Quality Plumbing. She said they would be at my residence at a certain time and the guys were there. They repaired my plumbing and I have not had any problems. Thanks for your honesty and quality work.
I was having a major plumbing at my house and have called 3 plumbing company to assess the problem. All of them were insured, bonded and certified to do their job and everybody wants to charge a high dollar for their so called professional plumbing job. I was so desperate and needed the problem fix asap but I was so reluctant in spending the high dollar for their services. I did my research online and found Texas Quality Plumbing Co. I did not work for 2days to take care of this problem. And now this is the 4th plumbing company I called and explained to them over the telephone the problem without going around the bush and I was ready to hear another high dollar project amount. It is now 8:30pm and spoke with Mercedes. She said I can have a plumber be there in an hour but there will be a $50 trip charge to asses the problem. I was so glad to see Joe the plumber at my house around 9:30pm. He gave me his honest opinion and best solution to solve my problem which the other 3 companies failed. In short , Joe came back the next morning bright and early together with Josh and Josh 2(Pepe is the real name cuz his uniform was not ready so he borrowed the uniform of Josh 1) eager to work and to fix my problem the same day not 2-3 days as explained by the other 3 companies. They worked non stop for 4 hours without taking any breaks at all. I gave them drinks and decided to make lunches for them for their hard work and dedication. They found and fix the problem and even did extra plumbing services at a very reasonable price. Me and my wife were hats off to these hard working and knowledgeable team of Joe. They are very polite and works quietly just doing their job. No one is goofing off or playing around. For your next plumbing service I would highly recommend the plumbing team of Joe at Texas Quality Plumbing and Mercedes who is the friendly voice that sets up the appointments on a timely manner. She is very compassionate to our tragedy. Folks do not waste your time looking for other plumbing company. I almost fell for the other companies but now I am so glad I found Texas Quality Plumbing. To top it all they offered me 1 year 100% complete customer satisfaction on their services.
I called Texas Quality Plumbing for a backed-up sewer line. The same as on the two other occasions I've used them they showed up when they said they would, performed the work without any problems, and gave me straightforward, knowledgeable answers to the questions I asked, while at the same time offering suggestions.The cost was reasonable and, as a repeat customer, they offered me the opportunity to join their repeat customer program designed to save substantially on future plumbing costs beginning with that service call. This information was particularly gratifying since I plan to remodel the master bath early next year.
