Very very professional. He solved our problem and also advised us about a clean out needed. We live in a very old home. My Husband is 94 years old and John handled him with kid gloves. He was having trouble understanding about the camera and that John could find where we need to add our clean out. My Husband used to do all his own fixing of things and he sometimes does not understand that he can't do it anymore. John handled him in a very professional and courteous way and I appreciate it very much. 9

We needed all new sewer lines and had been working with another company, we weren't too thrilled with them and after seeing Schrader trucks driving around & in our neighborhood, decided to give them a call and get a second quote and process.
