Had a hot water slab leak. Called in the morning, had it fixed with a reroute in hours. Professional, knowledgeable, fast and effective. ----- Edit1. Noticed the meter box was flooded while mowing the lawn. Called for help and they had tech out in the same day to drain the box and found the union loose! Took him less than 5 minutes! Have found my permeant plumbing service

The first time I contacted Schrader in Dec 2024 Alec came with his partner Derrick and they checked out my disposal, which had been clogged earlier, and explained everything in detail. One connection was a little loose and he tightened that and said everything was in good shape. He could've told me anything because I know nothing about this stuff but he was honest, skilled, which = integrity. Up date Then I called them to schedule a garbage disposal change out in June. They said they couldn't give me a price over the phone and would send someone out to give me a price. The guy came, looked under the sink. Said "that'll be 425.00. I said "no thanks" and called to have another plumber who said over the phone it's usually 100 to 150. They came, changed out my disposal in less than 30 minutes and charged 140.00.

You guys are always quick to find the issue and give me a straightforward quote for the repair.

I’ve found my forever plumber. After years of getting work done with various results I tried Schrader Plumbing and especially Michael and his assistant. Michael and his teammate explained every detail and with professionalism and a smile. I had a couple of “while your here” type items and he fixed them perfectly. Pricing was up front and certainly no surprises like I experienced in the past. He pointed out from previous work things that were right and wrong. I’m glad I shopped local and I no longer need to look elsewhere. I put the magnet on the refrigerator and now if I need a plumber Schrader will be the only call I need to make. I had a leaky refrigerator water line and John was able to arrive in about an hour to quickly fix the issue! Would highly recommend using Schrader for any plumbing needs.

Great job on our water heater and tub

Excellent customer service, clear communication & fair prices! We needed all new sewer lines and had been working with another company, we weren't too thrilled with them and after seeing Schrader trucks driving around & in our neighborhood, decided to give them a call and get a second quote and process. We were so happy we did! Ultimately we chose Schrader due to not only the quote coming in lower, but the time frame to get the quote was quick & efficient. Damien, the master plumber, talked through everything with us and answered all our questions. They were able to schedule the work quickly to meet our needs. They have strong communication and strive to ensure customers are happy. As issues were found they let us know and what it would cost to take care of them. We were very happy with the entire process, it was more than we really expected work wise but they answered each of our concerns.
