Ryan Morrison is one of the best technicians I have used. I was very impressed with his honesty and patience with the questions I had about my HVAC. He gives you your options with all the details and doesn't pressure you towards anyone option. That is why I keep being a return customer. He makes the experience with his company a very positive one. In my years of property management, homeownership and being a landlord he is one of the best vendors I have worked with!

Ugh! Summer time and the AC starts leaking. But One Hour Heating/Erik was timely and thorough. He explained the problem, the solution, and how to keep it from happening in the future. And helped clean up the water. 10/10 will be using them again.

Ryan is the man!!! Our unit was overheating due to the fan not coming on and he wasn't even here 10 minutes before he’d found a melted wire, replaced it and we had cool air blowing again. He’s the best!!!
We have a problem. I called 4 ac companies yesterday. One Hour was the only response. Tech came out on a Sunday. Very nice. Of course we had to pay for the EXTRA service call. He came in and I told him the thermostat was bad. I should know, -I- installed it, it's old. He said no, let me check something first, the drain was clogged, even though we have done what One Hour said. He cleaned the drain, and said it was fixed. Charged us over $600. for 20 mins. No, when the tech was on the way out, I told him the thermostat was bad, it wouldn't hold info, no date/day/temps, it would go blank. He said it would work just fine now. I've baby sat the ac for 2 nights/days now. Manually turning it off and on. I was hoping for some help. I'm sick and husband works. I'm not able to fix things like I used to. That's why I call a pro, but when they don't listen, well......I paid for something I did not get, help. We have a new thermostat in the house. All he had to do was install it, but no. (same make as the old one...it's not rocket science.) I would ask for my money back, but that will not happen with this company. Off to the phone for help, again.
He was very personable and knowledgeable. He kept me informed and worked and didn’t complain about the heat. Due to his work I decided to do the monthly fee again with this company!!!! That way I know my unit will be taken care of on a yearly basis.
