Zachary diagnosed the problem as a leak, replenished the coolant and added dye, so he could find the leak when he returns in a week or so. Meanwhile, the house is cool again, so we are happy.
Zachary My technician, Nick Hoffman, was very professional in fixing my AC unit. His analysis of the problem and technical skills in the installation of the new part, saved time and was extremely efficient. All details of the service were thoroughly explained and the work area was left, clean and tidy.
