I called T. E. Spall and Son for routine service on my mini splits which served me well all last winter and through the summer. I asked while here for seasonal service, could they look at my hot water heater problem. I was more than pleased to agree to a new tankless hot water heater after their plumber, Justin came by to check it out. In addition, Justin fixed a sudden emergency, a broken pipe connection from my main line. He had actually left the original job and then came back to handle the additional work. Great job!

All the representatives of your company that I dealt with were extremely helpful and showed genuine concern. The only issue I had was communication. I called once a day for 4 business days with the promise of getting a call back from a manager, that never happened till I became upset and raised my concerns and my voice. Your man, Chris, who took my calls did his part quickly and professionally. Somewhere after that is where the communication glitch happened, and stuff does happen. Your call center and technician were great.

Would love to say thank you so much for being able to come out on such short notice. I had an issue with my Central Air last night and had to call the Fire Department. When I called this morning they sent someone out as soon as they could which was like 1 1/2 after I called. The tech changed something that was bad. He stayed until he knew it was all good and while he was here the fan motor went. He than changed that, hung around again and no issues. I would recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. 5 stars

Upgraded our outdated 40 year old oil boiler to a high efficiency propane unit. Couldn’t be any happier with the work that was done! I just purchased an old home with a steam boiler heating system that I didn't understand at all. I had TE Spall & Son out to check it over as I suspected I had done something terribly wrong to it on my first night there. They sent someone out to do annual maintenance, teach me how it works and how to keep it running smooth. I thought the system had some real problems and would not have been surprised had I needed expensive repairs, but Dylan, the specialist that checked everything over, found the cause; not only had I had added way too much water, I had also shut off the valves to the sight glass; the radiators were leaking an alarming amount of steam and water while clanging so loudly I couldn't sleep. Dylan very thoroughly went over the entire system, checking every component, explaining everything in language I could comprehend. He ran several tests and explained all the results, demonstrated all the regular maintenance, removed all the excess water I had added, and made sure I understood how all the different parts worked, what to expect when the system is properly maintained, what to look out for, and especially what NOT to do. The charge was just for a simple annual maintenance, a very reasonable price. I have never been more impressed with a service in my life and highly recommend TE Spall & Son.
