Aaron Morales arrived promptly and was pleasant as well as efficient. He synced the replacement remote, checked to insure it was working correctly and acknowledged that the unit it was replacing was, indeed, not operating as it should have. Additionally, it was lovely to learn that he is graduating from training in a few days and that this was his first solo service call! He earned an "A"!

This is actually my second five star review and my third major project with TE Spall. I have worked with service techs Keith and Tom and both performed outstanding in their service. I have also had the pleasure of working once again with Dylan who's the customer service/sales representative. Dylan is an incredible asset to TE Spall and definitely represents the face of the company with professional and customer care. I had special circumstances and time constraints on when my installation needed to be performed, and Dylan personally assured me that he would do his best to have them accommodated. Noah was great. He was on time and went straight to work. He didn't rush and made sure to find a solution to my problem. He evaluated and did his assessment. Noah was courteous very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience with TE Spall who installed our hvac system replacement and ductwork and this time, moved the outdoor unit during a construction project and then later put it back and coordinated with us on the timing so we weren’t without AC! We highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs (and plumbing too!)
