Caleb Wanzer was very professional and explained the provlem with my HVAC. He will be placing an order for a replacement part and when received he will stop by and complete the work. He (and Lance) were very nice.

Another great job from Tim Kyle Electric. Tyler did a very thorough and excellent job on analyzing our HVAC system. He gave me some great tips and how to make sure the system runs most efficiently. Very polite young man. My little dog Callie really liked him so he must be a good human being!

We had Kyle Electric out today to take care of several items, including a ring camera that was too high for me to install, installing a new dedicated line for a microwave, straightening out a problem with a 3-way light circuit and removing a no longer needed hot tub run. Brendan and his apprentice, TJ, were great. Very professional good natured, knowledgeable and tidy. I’ve used Kyle before at my church and never had a bad experience. Don’t hesitate to contact them!! I asked Rob for a quote for a fireplace receptacle and he walked me through the different options. He was really knowledgeable and I will definitely reach out again for help.

I was very pleased with how my questions were answered, the suggestions for improved performance of my system, and the explanation of which devices would be best suited for my home.

There wasn't much work to do as the problem is actually with BGE. But Rob was very patient in explaining what BGE needed to do.

Brendan was on time, friendly, very helpful and patient with me explaining everything. The initial problem was fixed, and he ended up replacing an outlet that blew out overnight as well. Lastly, he thoroughly explained another problem I had with a wall HVAC unit, which was very helpful. Patience, friendliness, thoroughness, professionalism. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Luis was great! Personable, engaging, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my smoke detector. Problem resolved and handled effectively and efficiently. Took time to ensure the other units were clean and functional....I really appreciated the extra effort he provided. Five stars!!! Shout out to after-hours crew as well to quickly answer my evening call to discuss the issue and got me on the next day's schedule to resolve. Five stars for that service as well ! 6/18/25 Cody and TJ once again were a terrific team. The HVAC team let us know the attic exhaust fan was not working. Today Cody and TJ indeed found the fan was burned out so replaced the attic exhaust fan. Tough job cuz it is a sauna up there. They did the job efficiently and for a good price very excited to see our energy bill go down with a KYLE installed HVAC and new exhaust fan getting rid of the trapped heat!! 6/11/25 CJ and his team of Tommy, Deshaun and Josh installed two new HVAC systems over 3 days. They did an awesome job! We have had one day with the first system and are amazed at how much more dry and cool the air coming from the system is. So much more efficient and terrific warranties! Great job team! 6/10/25 while installing 2 new HVAC systems the Kyle HVAC team found the old units were wired wrong at the panels. Justin was called in on short notice identified the issue and quickly had it required. This allowed the install to proceed smoothly. Very nice having electric and HVAC under one roof 5/28/25 Justin returned after ordering a bathroom fan replacement, always friendly and efficient at great price..thanks!!! 5/23/25 Justin did our inspection and installed a fan. Extremely personable and interesting. We have Ted Kyle’s annual inspection service and the information we learn from the inspections are terrific. Brendan, pointed out some info that really improves the safety of our home and gives us peace of mind. Brendan like all the Kyle Electric folks was thorough, and fixed something that was previously installed. Their warranty is great. So happy to have this service and this 5 star electrician! Updating on 9/29/23. Brendan did some great work for us, installing new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, replacing a ceiling light, fixing a previous install. Really a great guy and technician!!!

Logan and Declan arrived in the window of 8-10. The main job was repair the study pull-string light in the basement study. The problem of the pull switch was fixed in good time. Then I asked them to diagnose an issue with the living room /dining room lights. This was a tricky situation and Logan used great diagnostic skill to find problem and fix. Declan was a great assistant all the time. Logan used dropped cloths and Declan helped clean as they worked. Both men wore their shoe covers in our home; we never had to remind them. We are very pleased with the repair of the pull string light, the new Decora outlet, and the diagnosing and fixing the problem with living room and dining room light. The thorough clean up and the military discount are also great! We love calling Tim Kyle Electrical for our electrical service.

Logan did a great job diagnosing the issue and offered a comprehensive tiered option for repair. He was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. I feel very comfortable having him come back and complete the necessary repair work.

Very pleased with work and professionalism of Tim Kyle crew that put in the electrical for our pool. That handled everything. The crew led by Logan Davidson was polite and professional even in this terrible heat. The front office was awesome calling and taking our questions. The Tim Kyle was transparent and honest. We became a member on the recommendation of Logan. Not only does that offer additional discounts that more than paid for the cost of membership but will help us with our AC checkups as well as electrical checkups. We live in the country & on well water. In the Fall 2021, Tim Kyles team installed a transfer switch at our house to enable plugging a generator into our breaker box, which allows us to choose what operates in a power outage, ie. Water, outlets, lights. It was a LIFESAVER during the huge July 12, 2022 storm that knocked out our power for a week. We had family in town and it allowed us to still function in our house, saved our fridges and freezers, have lights and use our water. We werent hesitant to begin with but this solidified our choice to take the leap and have Tim Kyles company prepare for an event like that. They went above and beyond.
