NOVEMBER 4TH 2021 - Absolutely exemplary service! Called them yesterday due to a shaking/rattling pipe and another with a slight leak. Everyone I talked to on the phone were kind and understanding in such a "what could be wrong" type moment. When people can make you laugh during such times you know you called the right place. Set up a tech to come out next day. Kass the tech was amazing. Arrived early. Clearly explained to me the cause of the issue with my pressure regulator. Let me know all pricing and then knocked out the job in an hour! He was super nice and now Plumb Works has a customer for life! UPDATE: JULY 13TH 2023 - We had discovered on July the 12th that our upstairs master bedroom's (now and office) toilet had a slow, but long running, leak from the shut off valve. We have some damage to our roof tiles in the garage and some water marks on the garage wall. I called Plumb Works at a bit before 1 PM. They sent out Jerome Bentley by right before 3 that same day! He replaced that valve and I asked for the rest of the upstairs valves to be replaced as well. Absolutely excellent job! He was very kind and funny which goes a long way when your dealing with a stressful situation like this. This is Plumb Works third visit to our house, first the pressure regulator valve and main line shut off valve replacement, then replacing the upstairs kitchen valves when our faucet burst and lastly the rest of the upstairs valves after our toilet valve leak. They are an amazing company. From the professional aspects to just the general kindness to another human going through a tough spot. From the first person you talk to when you call to the tech leaving your home after the job is done, they take great care of their customers! UPDATE: MARCH 27TH 2026 - We had been having some water hammer issues on the line leading to our kitchen sink and dishwasher. Anytime the dishwasher ran we would get seriously hard and loud slams to that pipe. I could also tell our water pressure had been increasing ever so slightly. Lastly noticed a slight water hammer hit happening with our downstairs toilet. Figured our PRV might have been failing. Called Plumb Works on Friday at 8:15AM and their incredible tech Eric Ponder was at our home right at 10AM. He was super friendly and kind during the visit. Quickly tested out water pressure and it was at 90. It should have been at 60 so we knew the PRV had gone. He also realized out water heater expansion tank was nearly full of water thus it had failed also. He had both replaced within an hour or so. Both are in a separate room along with our furnace and it looked like he was never even there afterwards. Again another amazing job by Plumb Works and their extraordinary team. Kudos to Eric Ponder for being a delight to chat with during a stressful situation and helping remedy it incredibly quickly.
