Lyle was very polite n explain everything so I could understand what was going to be done. Both Hoku n Pierce did a very thorough job installing new water heater and removing my old gas water heater. They cleaned the work area before and after installation. Everything was neatly done. They are professionals to the max!! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Dennis Daniel was great, but the dispatch told us that he would be here at 8. We put off shopping and other plans to wait for him but he didn't arrive until after 9. I we had known then we could have still done what we needed to and gotten back in time. The dispatch needs to be able to give a better estimation on the time.

Hoku did a great job with what started out as a disaster. A connection between a copper fitting and a pvc pipe in the wall broke and water leaked out everywhere. Hoku diligently found the problem and after a couple of attempts at immediate repair, needed to cut into the wall to reach the pipes to be repaired. Right now... 14 hrs after the rupture, no leaking water so I'm definitely happy. Mahalo for your professionalism and all of your hard work Hoku! Aloha...
Called for a bathtub faucet leak and they came the very next day. They found several other issues with my bathtub, toilet and water heater and fixed it all. Very professional and nice.
My experience with Jeff was outstanding. I found him to be friendly, efficient, professional and patient with all my questions. If all the other technicians are like Jeff, I will continue to use Steve's plumbing!
It was a pleasure working with Lyle, he was very courteous and professional and gave us a quote and explained the process of what is happening! Our water heater was 19 years old and he came in and replaced it and put a new one in. All in the same day! Will definitely call them in the future if anything happens.

The service from start to finish could not have been better. First contact was to book an appointment...polite, efficient and considerate of time constraints. We were informed when the plumber was enroute. Hoku did a great job...quick problem solver, worked efficiently and competently. He was nice enough to show us how to problem solve if the same situation were to occur again. I would give Steve's 5 stars.

Our AC went out 7 days ago during Wednesday night. On Friday I had someone come out to look at it and after mentioning the problems, the guy said its low on Freon (refrigerant) and that we need a new unit. Didnt even looked any further and then asked me to pay him $170 and left. After spending a few more days without AC and the temperature in the house reaching up to 90 degrees, we called Steves. They send Adrian over on Sunday. He was amazing and took his time to actual look at the unit and everything, analyze things and came up with a few solutions. He also said its best to replace. We got it financed quickly and Adrian was able to get a crew together and come two days later for a replacement. The crew consisted of Braxton, Cameron and Ryan and they worked so fast and efficient to get the old one out and new one in. After having no AC and living in heat for 6 days, myself, my two kids and my pets were extremely grateful to have cold air blowing. All 4 of them were so friendly that my youngest told me he made friends today. Not once have I felt that Adrian just tried to sell me a brand new unit. He really took his time, gave me a few solutions, explained all of them and even showed me a few AC options. As a female I really appreciated not to be taking advantage of to make a quick buck. Big thanks to Adrian for his hard work and thank you for the awesome crew (Ryan, Braxton and Cameron) for the cold air we get to enjoy again! I will definitely recommend Steves, but especially Adrian for your AC problems!

I called this morning and had friendly and efficient customer service. The leak was diagnosed and fixed same day. Chase repaired the leak in my toilet supply valve and explained and showed the problem. I highly recommend Chase at Steves Plumbing.
