The entire team did great. Small issue with install and it took longer than expected with a PVC line but they did great and handled the job professionally. Even with the gas line 2.5 ft directly above our main water line. Cleaned up all of the mess inside also.

Nick arrived at the appointed time. He went over what happened with my generator. He then went out and checked the generator and ran it through a cycle. No issues were found.
We had three toilets replaced and Wyatt did a great job! He was very professional and very knowledgeable! He completed this project in a timely manner and cleaned up everything! Was a pleasure working with him!!

Each person I dealt with from Austin to Jordan and his crew were professional and though I was not able to be at home due to work they kept me informed every step of the way. Anytime a decision needed to be made I was called immediately during the project for the go ahead. I was kept informed and in the loop at all times. They were also very patient and thorough in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

The 2 people that came were amazing. I went with them because they provided a free estimate and they had a special that made it $93 to snake the drain. Somehow the clog must have fixed itself because they didn't have to snake the drain. They left it up to us and they were not pushy about it. I didn't have to pay anything which is extremely surprising! This is what the invoice said: Upon arrival we ran water for at least 20 minutes, flushed toilet 15+ times, ran basement shower and laundry sink as well. The line drained all of the water without backing up. While filling up the laundry sink to simulate a load of laundry, the pipe came apart underneath the sink and leaked a lot of water onto the floor. This is because the pipe was barely fastened onto the bottom of the sink and we did not disturb it at all. I was able to resecure the pipe to the bottom of the sink, but the pipe is barely long enough to reach it and I recommended to the customer getting a longer piece of tubular to make sure it’s fully secured. As of now everything is draining as it should, I believe they had a soft clog that loosened up on its own. I let them know to call back if they need any help hooking up the new pipes under the sink or if the line clogs. SUB-TOTAL $0.00

I experienced a sudden HVAC issue and called for help late in the day. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and tried to send a technician over before closing time. Although I wasn’t able to get assistance that evening, she called back to inform me about it. First thing in the morning, a technician (Mr Tony) arrived to solve my problem. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. I also learned about a year-round service plan that I am seriously considering. Overall, I am very happy with Eco!
Called Eco (We are near Dayton) on a whim when my normally preferred company couldn’t get us in.. I thought we just had a clogged drain that needed snaked.. Long story short, we had a collapsed fountain line which required tearing up my partially finished basement. They fixed the originally problem. We asked them to come back and rip the rest of the cast iron foundation lines out so we weren’t in this spot again.. We have nothing but great things to say about all the employees we dealt with from Jeremy W who came out to snake it , to Devaunghn B who gave us all the estimates and camera’ed the lines and lastly Hunter who did all the work of the repair. He was amazing, answered my questions and worked hard to leave the house in good condition. Ben came to help a few days too.. They were all very friendly and nice to our dogs too! The only thing I can’t comment on is their prices. We were in a bind on the original repair and needed it repaired quickly, we didn’t get any other estimates. We were satisfied with the work and felt like they did a good job. Would recommend them..
