The company name is now Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating & A/C. I have leased a brand new A/C unit from them a few years ago. Since then, the unit has had a lot of problems with the heat/cooling and not working properly, so I called them every time when something goes wrong, the maintenance is included. When the tech arrived, he said he checked everything nothing was wrong, and he powered on/off the unit and back to normal, obviously the tech didn't fix the problem, and he didn't know what goes wrong. Yesterday, I made a service call again because same problem appears, and I don't want to power on/off the unit, I need them to fix the problem. The customer service (I forgot her name) said they were fully booked, she said she could put me on the weekend, then I was like......then she said a tech can come between 4p and 6p., then time went by the tech no show, at 6:10p I called them again, a girl said she will pass the message to the dispatcher and that's it. As of now, no text, no phone call, no tech shows up. I called them again at about 3p this afternoon, the customer service (Linda) said she called me and left a message yesterday, I asked her which number did you call? She said 1378, I said it was my old number, I told her, every time I make a service call, you can read my new number and my home address in your system, Linda is a big fat liar!!!!!!! Then I hung up! Worse product and worse customer service. So next time when you need any plumbing, heating & A/C service DO NOT call them, PLEASE PLEASE!!
