Follow up review: Once again Mister Greenway came to the rescue! Our 20 year old water heater started leaking December 23rd. Aaron arrived around 5pm and quickly came up with a plan to stop the leak and restore hot water to our home. I know I shouldn't be shocked at the speed at which you guys get things done but this was so impressive! Thank you once again for taking care of my home and my family. I knew when Kaylee took my phone call that everything was going to be ok. Hats off to all the wonderful people that work at Mister Greenway! I begged Aaron to let me post his picture. He graciously obliged! What a company! Original Review: I have used Mister Greenway for plumbing issues at my business for years. No one comes faster and they get the job done! I recently purchased a Generic Standby Generator from them for my home. Billy Flynn manages their generator devision and he was so easy to work with. I knew right away he was the guy to install our generator. Less than 24 hrs after our install we had our first utility outage. The generator automatically powered up and restored power to our home with 90 secs. Im actually writing this reviews using its power! WAY TO GO MISTER GREENWAY!
Generator maintenance. Billy and Stephen were awesome They are very professional yet speak in a language the average customer can understand. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions.
Jeremy did a great job. He explained everything. Told us about service plans that saves us money. And, a discount for being a veteran. This company is well priced in comparison to others. And they support veterans and First responders

Excellent Service: when other companies claimed to be so busy that they could not service my air unit for weeks, Greenway got an expert technician out within a week to fix the unit during this heatwave. Greenway deserves a 5-star rating for their comment on customer satisfaction.

Our AC went out on Father’s Day and Mister Greenway came right away. The 2 young men were knowledgeable and very polite. It turned out that we needed a new unit and they came the next day and installed it. There were 2 teams that came, one indoor team and one outdoor team. It was a great experience using Mister Greenway. We’ll never use anyone but Mister Greenway from here on out!
We have our system serviced twice a year. Yesterday, Justin was our technician. Justin did a great job going above and beyond. Even after a long day for him, Justin took the time to make sure our unit was running properly and in good condition for the hot summer!! He is the best technician and we will be requesting him in the future to service our unit.

Curtis Larry Eugene was very nice and immediatly came in with his shoe covers and went to work. He advised what was needed scheduled it. Love it!

Excellent attitude. They had never saw a unit like mine but used the principles they knew to repair it. just a dirt dauber nest but almost impossible to get to.
I had a main water line get busted on a Saturday afternoon when we were trying to remove a very old azalea bush that had deep roots. We have 7 people in the house and now no water, I called Mr Greenway to see if they could come and fix it. I could not tell you how happy and relieved I was that they had someone out to my house within an hour. Patrick was was wonderful! He was very polite and did an exceptional job. He made sure that everything was fixed and there were no more leaks before he left. Thank you Mr. Greenway and thank you Patrick, you all now have a new VIP Member and very happy customer.
We had a meeting with Jr. today to discuss our air and heat needs. He was very personable, friendly and had an answer for all my questions. He showed me what was wrong with my current unit and what we needed to do to improve our home comfort!! Thank you Jr. and Mister Greenway for this great experience!!
Darrell was our tech very nice we were his last call to fix drain pump on washer. He had the part in his truck. Did not have to wait for part to be ordered,even stayed a little longer to replace hose on our dryer. Will always call mr. greenway for service if needed. Great company.
