We have leaking issues. I submitted an inquiry on the website. Plumbing Paramedics replied with details of what I would expect. We had Ben come over to search the leaking problems. Ben was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He first explained to me what he will do and the charge. Then he searched up and down. It wasn't a plumbing issue and Ben clearly explained to me why it wasn't a plumbing and what was the issue. He patiently showed me where the leaks were and recommended how to fix it. Ben then helped us check other plumbing and recommended reasonable and necessary services. He further explained to me all details about pricing and etc. Really enjoyed my whole experience with Plumbing Paramedics! Plumbing Paramedics/ Ben will be our plumber going forward.
They are always knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond to requests for service. They stand by their work and will revisit if you need them to ensure your satisfaction. They are polite and nice and I recommend them highly.

Theo Andrew came to do the annual inspection on our Navien tankless hot water system as well as the annual 360 check on all the plumbing. He went through all the bathroom, sinks etc explaining what he was checking and why. He was very knowledgeable on the Navien system and left the area that he worked in near and tidy. I am pleased I am a member of the Plumbing and Heating Paramedics monthly payment plan as it has a lot of advantages including all of the above being included in the monthly fee. Would not hesitate to refer Plumbing and Heating Paramedics for anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Nick Theo and Mike were able to diagnose the issue promptly and gave me great options. Even when the furnace stopped working immediately, they remained calm and found a bee hidden in one of the intakes. Great work and very friendly! Highly recommend.

We called in the morning and got response quickly with same day furnace service. Our technician, David was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Received a text message with a picture of who to expect and that they were on their way. Highly recommend this company for your heating needs.
Arrived when they said he would arrive, sent a picture so we knew who to expect. Tested and re-tested after fixing the problem with the igniter.
