I couldn’t have had a better furnace tech come to my home! Tyler was truly exceptional, thorough, professional, and a nice guy - total package. He quickly diagnosed a furnace problem that another company who installed the furnace was unable to do. He also lowered gas so not so high, causing additional dryness coming from furnace. He checked everything, including helping me understand ducts that were not in use in relation to current duct work (1920 home). Good job hiring, Jim Needham!
