I couldn’t have had a better furnace tech come to my home! Tyler was truly exceptional, thorough, professional, and a nice guy - total package. He quickly diagnosed a furnace problem that another company who installed the furnace was unable to do. He also lowered gas so not so high, causing additional dryness coming from furnace. He checked everything, including helping me understand ducts that were not in use in relation to current duct work (1920 home). Good job hiring, Jim Needham!

I had an excellent experience with Jim Needham Plumbing today. Ricardo replaced my main shutoff valve and installed a pressure regulating valve. Ian spent a ton of time with me doing a sewer scope and informing me of all my options on my sewer line replacement. And Dave inspected my furnace/A/C and informed me of different paths I could take to get everything running smoothly. All of them were incredibly nice and informative. I never felt rushed or pressured. Most importantly, as a female homeowner, I was never uncomfortable or felt I was being taken advantage of. Are they the cheapest? Definitely not. But for me, quality is what matters and these guys stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
