Andy was terrific. He evaluated all the tasks before starting, explaining what he would be doing, quoted prices w the different options, and then started the work. Discovered a hidden leak and immediately decided on the course to take to remedy the issue. And proceeded on to the other tasks. He was very kind and positive, gladly answered questions and got all of the jobs done. Would highly recommend him.
Service swamp coolers. On time great follow up. Able to do all winterizing inside and out. Give me advice on a water purifier to help with the calcium flaking and a filtering system for each cooler. Anthony was also able to do my yearly check up on heating system and hot water heaters at the same time so I didn’t have to schedule another appointment. I forgot to write a review in July for service on our garbage disposal. Called the office at 9:00AM and set up an appointment for 2:30 the same day. Anthony was are service technician. He was able to secure a new replacement disposal and completed the job the same afternoon. Having a yearly service contract with Benjamin Franklin has been a great benefit. Able to have service within 24 hours and the reduction in the savings of parts and labor is well worth having the yearly contract. A special shout out to Anthony for his professionalism, timeliness and knowledge and getting the job done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Anthony and Benjamin Franklin to others in the Grand Junction Valley

February 5th update: Because of the constant plumbing issues we've had, (we live in a house built in 1901,) so it is expected to some extent. However, because of everything mentioned above we joined the Benjamin Franklin membership, where we have no service call fee, but in addition we also get 10% off of any repairs, thank God for that because the issue they found yesterday was a real doozy! Unfortunately for us, a simple issue with gurgling noises in our bathroom, turned into us needing the ENTIRE sewer line that connects our house to the city's sewer line! This repair will cost us OVER $20,000! I wish I could remember the plumbers that were here yesterday and today, but I wanted to make sure to let Benjamin Franklin management know how phenomenal these guy's were! We stayed in a hotel for one night only because they told us they could finish today and with as big as the job was, I was a little skeptical that two guys could finish such a huge job in two days!!! I'll tell you this, these guy's were here until 9pm in order to meet that deadline!!! So again, I had a fabulous experience with Benjamin Franklin! I know that I could have probably for a cheaper company, however Benjamin Franklin was able to get us financed and the biggest part is that I know Benjamin Franklin's work is guaranteed! I also doubt very seriously that any of these small companies here in Delta would have been able to complete this amount of work in two days, nor do I believe that they would have had the equipment to do the job in the 1st place! So as always, thank you guys very much!!! We have used Ben Franklin plumbing twice now and both times they've been amazing! We had a clogged toliet that we needed help with today and Ben Franklin plumbing sent Anthony out, he was fast, friendly and eventhough we are most likely his last clients of the day, he stayed and answered all of our questions, (he even listened to my Mom and I tell him about the situation we had last December where our sewer line busted right before Christmas!) Thank you to Anthony and Sarah at the office who is always so sweet and responsive!!! If you need a professional company that will get you taken care of quick and efficiently then Ben Franklin plumbing should be your first and last call!!!
Robert as always was on time, pleasant and personable. Even though it was an outside job, had to crawl under the house in the frigid cold, probably single digits. Got the job done in record time. And still smiled. Oh , and Karen was very pleasant on the phone.
The amount of time and effort Elijah put in to make sure we were taken care of despite literally every single thing that could have gone wrong during a "simple" water heater swap was above and beyond. I could go on and on.... and on describing all the issues Elijah, and Sierra helped navigate through this long weekend, I'll spare you the details and just say Benjamin Franklin plumbing is the way to go. Edited to add a second visit. As per usual amazing customer service that went and above and beyond just the simple clogged sink that was actually a broken water line.

The plumber Evan was truly an angel. He went above and beyond to help my elderly frail friend and resolve her waterline and swamp cooler issues.
