The crew showed up promptly and stayed until the job was finished (after 9:30 p.m because of rain that lasted about an hour and a half). The project manager, Greg, kept me updated on the progress throughout the day and was always available for any questions I had during the whole process.

I had a clear understanding of what I was paying for and why. The tear down and installation process was very efficient. Matt Cieply was very friendly and easy to talk to. The only area I would suggest as an improvement opportunity is for Integrity to have more communication with the customer on the start date of the project. I highly recommend using Integrity for anyone looking to have their roof replaced. You will not be disappointed with the final product.

Are use this company to repair some damage to my roof after a tree branch destroyed all the shingles and broke some of the cross beams of my roof. My sales representative that came and gave me an estimate was Daniel Lashbrook. I really like Daniel. He was on time, polite and super helpful. He even help me cut up a part of the tree that fell onto my fence that was too heavy for me to move and cut on my own. He didnt have to do that, but he did it just to be nice. He also safely tarp my roof, so that rain and other elements cannot get in and damage my house further free of charge. Im very happy with his company. Their estimates were extremely easy to comprehend, and it made submitting the claim to my insurance company much easier as all the pictures were accurately labeled, and , all the work was neatly detailed. I highly recommend this company.

This company is professional, organized, timely, friendly, and honest. They did some siding repair/replacement on our home that looks seamless with the existing portion. Today, Dakota and Josiah came out to finish tweaking my downspouts. I'm very happy with the end result, aesthetically. I feel these two went above and beyond in their efforts (Josiah moved some pavers out of the way for me, which he was not required to do, but offered and did), talking to me at length along the way and discussing differences in technique and outcomes. They took into account my future plans to install a gate or wall on either side of the garden area behind my garage, and were beyond polite, professional, and personable. Jason Kamelesky was my sales rep, who came out for two separate quotes. I appreciated each team member I met.
The employees from the cold caller at the door to the final finishers were knowledgeable, experienced and respectful. The salesperson who came to the house, Julie, was responsive and trustworthy. Never felt pressured. Products and process was explained well. Financing was doable. The only thing I can complain about is the cost.

This company is very reliable and dependable and has great customer service I got an excellent price on my siding when the when the installers. Finished for the day they talked to me each day and let me know what they were going to be doing . That were very professional and they cleaned up everything after they finished with the job and my siding looks beautiful.
