Justin was great- he quickly diagnosed the problem and ameliorated the situation.

Arrived on time Fixed toilet tank issues. Fixed zone control noises. Pleased with the repairs.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very thorough and checked all components to ensure the AC will continue to run well.

Got the electrical work completed on the sump pump outlets.

The install ended up being more difficult than originally thought but Brian kept a positive attitude and stayed late to make it right! Stuff happens that can’t be avoided but it how you handle it that matters. Brian did great taking care of everything and was happy to answer questions and make some adjustments despite spending more time in site than originally planned. Thank you Brian!

Neighborhood is an amazing company to work with. They were able to get me in quickly, and were flexible with my scheduling needs. The technician (Chris K.) was incredible! He walked me through what was going on and answered all my questions. In and out in diagnosing and repairing my AC unit in under an hour (fried capacitor). Chris also was very detail oriented and also checked out our humidifier and furnace while he was there. Will definitely be calling Neighborhood again, thank you!!!
