Ethan Seth did a wonderful job! First time our heat pump had been professionally cleaned and it is now running and looking brand new. I also appreciated his advice on how to maintain it and his taking time, at my request, to look at our other equipment to let us know that Brock's can also provide service for those. A friend recommended going with Brocks to install heat pump at my house. They made everything so easy. They were incredibly responsive, scheduling a consult at my place immediately, walking me through my options. They were patient with my decision making time between getting the quote and deciding to do it, but when I decided, they jumped right into action, kept me informed of the plan, had me sign docs on my time, when the guys showed up, they got right down to it and were done and cleaned up in a few hours. Very professional and couldn’t be easier. Top notch.

I’ve had Brock’s at my house on two separate occasions for two separate issues. The technicians both Ethan and Andrew were professional in every way and resolved my plumbing and heating problems. I wouldn’t hesitate calling them again.

I wanted to wait a few months to see how my new system was going to perform before I wrote my review. First of all, Sean was very good at talking through and answering several questions I had. Very personable and nice guy to just chat with. The young guys he sent over had a few issues with some of their pipe connections but kept at it until they got it right. They definitely 100% seemed to want to do a good job, cared about what they were doing, and when they completed the install, it looked beautiful. They also mentioned the better looking exterior vent cover instead of the gooseneck pipes that they didn’t have on their truck. They said they could pick up and install one of these for me the next day when I liked the idea, without me even knowing it was an option or bringing it up. This looked so much better and those are the little things that myself and I think any customer really appreciate it. Thank you guys. Now for the system. I used to have a big ugly boiler and water heater sitting in the middle of my floor right in the way. Now I have a nice compact Rheem combo boiler on the wall taking up only a 4’ wide space and coming out like 18”. I love this so much. So far it seems to be working great for my heating. The hot water switches over instantly whenever I run any of my faucets or showers. With time to get through the pipes, of course just like any system. The only thing I do want to mention to anybody getting one of these, so you know ahead of time. If you do have a well system, as your water pressure goes slowly down all is good but when the well pump kicks on. You will notice a slight temperature, decrease and then increase as the pump comes on and pressure/ flow goes up and the system compensates for the amount of flow. This last only a few seconds and to be totally clear, I do not mean you’re gonna get cold water or scalded. You will feel the temperature get a little cooler, a little warmer, then balance back out in those few seconds, but as a trade off for my old giant boiler. I would do it again in a second. I’m assuming if you have municipal water with constant pressure this would be a non-issue? Thank you, Sean and team. 100% would have no issue recommending Brock’s.

The 2 technicians that came to service our boiler were amazing! They answered all of our million questions in a way that we could understand. We will definitely be using Brock’s in the future for our HVAC repair needs!
