Seth did a fantastic job. We had our single & double heat pumps serviced and cleaned. Seth was very professional but friendly. Hopefully when we have Brock’s come back out, it will be Seth that helps us.
Seth did a great job in annual maintenance to our heat pump. Very professional and great personality. He explained everything he was doing and why. As we had to take down our curtains, he graciously helped put them back up for us .

Ethan We had an issue with an a/c split unit in the middle of the night (heavy flow of water coming through our grate in the ceiling). Brock's technician came a couple of hours after our morning call, and Ethan, the technician was just fantastic. Professional, courteous, polite, and most importantly a problem solvers! Now our unit is running smoothly again. Today will probably reached 100 degrees, so we appreciate it more than ever!! Thank you Brock's, and especially Ethan, and Tanya at the dispatch, who accommodated us today!! Excellent service!!!!
Casey arrived bright and early (texted first to let us know he was coming) and did a very thorough job! My AC unit has not been serviced in a long time and was very dirty. He did a great job and made a lot of helpful suggestions too! Will definitely use them again!
After a few appointment reschedules the AC unit was installed and now is operating. Everything seems professionally done and cleaned up after finishing. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction..

Casey Casey did an excellent job cleaning a mixing valve, installing a new expansion tank, and servicing our boiler. He checked the unit thoroughly, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely use again.
Matt was very helpful, explained everything as he worked and outlined our options to fix the problem. He is also very pleasant and accommodated wearing a mask without hesitation. Will gladly have him return if/when needed.
They did a good job, very friendly and nice. I understand the price, but I wish prices everywhere would go down. I wish they had boot covers since they were going in and out of the house. Overall though they did a good job; they even had 4 kids who wanted to watch them work.

Casey Ethan is excellent and thorough at his job. Always explains everything clearly and presents all the available options for repair. Brock's in general is the plumbing company I've ever used by a wide margin. Also, Cale, who was helping Ethan out today, was very friendly and did a great job as well.

Seth I got a new unit from Brock’s. They have been servicing my old one for years (very well I must say). The installation of the new one was terrific and they even came back at my request and explained a few things to me and did a little testing of the new system. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and communicative. And I’m happy with the new unit they recommended. 10 stars from Judy in Fairfax!
I’ve had Brock’s at my house on two separate occasions for two separate issues. The technicians both Ethan and Andrew were professional in every way and resolved my plumbing and heating problems. I wouldn’t hesitate calling them again.
I wanted to wait a few months to see how my new system was going to perform before I wrote my review. First of all, Sean was very good at talking through and answering several questions I had. Very personable and nice guy to just chat with. The young guys he sent over had a few issues with some of their pipe connections but kept at it until they got it right. They definitely 100% seemed to want to do a good job, cared about what they were doing, and when they completed the install, it looked beautiful. They also mentioned the better looking exterior vent cover instead of the gooseneck pipes that they didn’t have on their truck. They said they could pick up and install one of these for me the next day when I liked the idea, without me even knowing it was an option or bringing it up. This looked so much better and those are the little things that myself and I think any customer really appreciate it. Thank you guys. Now for the system. I used to have a big ugly boiler and water heater sitting in the middle of my floor right in the way. Now I have a nice compact Rheem combo boiler on the wall taking up only a 4’ wide space and coming out like 18”. I love this so much. So far it seems to be working great for my heating. The hot water switches over instantly whenever I run any of my faucets or showers. With time to get through the pipes, of course just like any system. The only thing I do want to mention to anybody getting one of these, so you know ahead of time. If you do have a well system, as your water pressure goes slowly down all is good but when the well pump kicks on. You will notice a slight temperature, decrease and then increase as the pump comes on and pressure/ flow goes up and the system compensates for the amount of flow. This last only a few seconds and to be totally clear, I do not mean you’re gonna get cold water or scalded. You will feel the temperature get a little cooler, a little warmer, then balance back out in those few seconds, but as a trade off for my old giant boiler. I would do it again in a second. I’m assuming if you have municipal water with constant pressure this would be a non-issue? Thank you, Sean and team. 100% would have no issue recommending Brock’s.

Hard working, polite, professional and working with your best interests at the forefront. I am happy to report that we received same day service at less than half price of a competitor on service call charges, parts and labour. Brock's went beyond what I expected and are now my go to people! Thank you so much for getting our furnace up and running during this cold snap.
The 2 technicians that came to service our boiler were amazing! They answered all of our million questions in a way that we could understand. We will definitely be using Brock’s in the future for our HVAC repair needs!
I highly recommend this company! They serviced my grandparents’ house, and the technician who came out was fantastic. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to answer all their questions. The service was excellent, and their prices were the most affordable around.
When my heater failed Brock’s got the job done quick and proper. Sean came out to inspect my furnace and was honest and straight forward about the process. I can see why they have a great reputation around town and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Ethan was the tech that came from Brock’s for my annual heat pump servicing. While he was here he also fixed a small ticking noise in one of the heads, along with fixing a swinging tab that was broken. Efficient, professional, timely. 5-stars.
