I would highly recommend Lon Lockwood for your electrical needs! A water leak soaked our electrical panel and left us without power to our basement and a fire hazard. The Lon Lockwood team got us up and running again with a new electrical panel the same day, which was greatly appreciated when your without power and heat in January! Dan Chris and his trainee Ryan were very professional and friendly. My problem was a tripped circuit breaker on the one outlet. Really wish I had seen that and reset the switch. Probably a surge, but who knows for sure. I'll definitely know what to do and save some money. Thanks for the education Chris!

Chris and Mike did a great job taking down old fixtures and installing new, on very high ceilings! They also gave estimates for future work we need done and answered all our questions thoroughly. One Sunday evening back in Sept 2018 we had a small fire in our panel box. Being a Sunday we were having difficulty finding an electrician to come out, luckily we stumbled up Lon Lockwood Electric who was our saving grace as the owner, Lon, came right out to assess the situation. He set us up so we would have limited power until his team could come out to replace our service. Shortly thereafter our service was replaced and we were so pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable, and competent staff that we had them rewire all our outlets and switches. A few years later we had Chris come out to replace our ceiling fan - again the service was impeccable. Chris (and Ryan) have since been out 2 more times, 1st to add an outlet for our coffee nook and again to replace our kitchen can lights. Both times they were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They even left my kitchen cleaner than they found it. We swear my Lon Lockwood and are 100% satisfied with all the services received. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any type of electrical need.
Chris and his teammates have been fantastic. As electricians of course...but also as thinking partners as I continue the projects at my home. They've always been on-time, expeditious and thorough in their work. It's obvious they enjoy what they do. A big bravo-zulu to the company's administrators as well! Jess who has done my scheduling has always been phenomenal with her communication and follow-up! The company is lucky to have her as the first person the customer hears making that first and forever impression.
Chris has always been extremely professional he explains things so that you understand them completely he makes suggestions if you're not really sure his friend to my house on numerous occasions for other work so he knows my house he knows everything inside and out so it's it's like the perfect relationship I guess I would say I don't have to take time and you know okay this and then here's this and here's that nope he knows what was put in when it was put in which I think is right

Chris Dan was thorough and professional and would gladly use him again. However, I think $280.00 is a bit much for swapping out a light fixture that took five minutes.

Just had my service upgraded along with fixing the previous owners laziness and cob job on the electric. Was supposed to be upwards of $9k in total work. His technical skills, professionalism, attention to detail, creativity and solution orientated approach was spot on in accessing what I was looking to accomplish.
