I worked with McMahon Plumbing & Heating on a kitchen renovation, including replacing a sink and garbage disposal, relocating a gas range, installing a water fill line for fridge, installing a radiator, and relocating a hose spigot. They also replaced some corroded pipe that was uncovered during demo. Their pricing was fair and upfront, and they were prompt, professional and friendly. I look forward to working with them again whenever we need a plumber, and recommend them very highly.

We discovered early on a Sunday morning that our water heater had failed. We were frantic. By Sunday afternoon, the wonderful folks from McMahon were in our basement, discussing options for replacement that could be done that day or the next. We chose the tankless system and McMahon said wed have hot water again by 3:30 the next afternoon. And we did! The old broken tank was gone and the hot water was working again at 3pm a half hour early! This is a great company. They show up when they say they will, they know their stuff, and they are kind and helpful in stressful situations such as flooded basements. Give them a call when you need a plumber. I was very pleased to have found McMahon Plumbing after struggling to find consistent plumbers elsewhere. My highest praise goes to McMahon Plumbing & Heating, particularly with their responsiveness and attentiveness to resolving all issues with my heating system. John and Sokol were able to quickly visit and fortunately accommodate my inconsistent availability. They were very thorough in diagnosing the issues with my hot water-based radiator system and Buderus boiler, and came back the next day to install new parts: fill valve, coin vent, relief valve. It's never fun having to cough up money on repairs, but working with McMahon made it as painless as possible. Several weeks later, I can confidently tell they addressed all possible issues. Solved a tricky issue with my dryer vent being obstructed. They handled the issue quickly and effectively, much appreciated!
Had my rooftop HVAC unit for my condominum blowout in August during the heatwave. McMahon got someone over to check out the place within two days and ordered the replacement part promptly. They installed the replacement the day the part arrived from the distributor. They even helped me chase down the manufacturer's warranty (there was an issue, long story). Their technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I'd recommend McMahon to anyone in the area.

We called at 8am and our water heater was assessed as needing replacement by 930, as Adam showed up promptly. The new water heater was in before noon and despite the rain, the entire job was done cleanly and smoothly. Will certainly use them again! The pricing was also more than fair.

As I stated in my Google review, I could not get over the promptness in being able to come out and the transparency with the pricing and billing. The guys who came by were David (lead) and ...damn I forget the other guy's name, even though he lives on my street.... but I couldn't find David's name on the drop down menu. They were great.
