Ater reading some of these comments. I have to disagree with some of the statements. My father is currently located there and if anything goes wrong, the staff always call us and give us all the detail about him. No matter what time of day or night. if he has to go to the hospital, we receive a call. We go to the hospital to see about him. We must remember, they are still our loved ones, and we must also be available to them. Of course, sometimes, everything won't be what we hope and expect. In life every once in a while, things go in a different direction. When he has appointments, we are there to go with him. We appreciate what they do. Wentworth do a great job. If you don't like something, please talk to the staff. they will go beyond to do what necessary to correct it.
my son was in the hospital and he lost his strength. they did wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy. The OT was very nice to him and cared about his needs. He still have some work to do, now at home. But they got him in the right direction. thank you
Be very very honest they were outstanding very very helpful they treated my mom fully respect , All the staff there are wonderful. The entire staff at Alden were amazing. They treated my mom with respect and gave her top notch care. From the nurses to the therapist and the front desk everyone was amazing. As family you were updated and never in the dark about next steps.
The staff did an outstanding job. Always friendly, caring for the residents with respect and kindness. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything in tip top shape. The food was like eating in a restaurant. Very tasty and presented more like in a hotel than a rehab facility.
I am very happy with the care my mother received at Alden North Shore!!! Thank you so very much for the efficient communication and quality care. I highly recommend this facility!!!!
First time patient at Alden Wentworth Rehabilitation Center. Didn't know what to expect, but I must say my overall experience was great!!! The Doctors, Nursing staff, Social Services, Activity Dept. House Keeping and the entire supporting team were excellent, in taking care of me, and ensuring I had everything I needed for a full recovery...the "Best." Sincerely, Jackie C.
