Wes Mays has helped us out on multiple AC and Appliance problems. Cody was here today to do maintenance on my heating system. He was very kind to let me know about an issue that he saw that was totally unrelated to ac/heating. I really appreciated his attention to all details, even those unrelated to hearing and air conditioning. Kevin was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions! Thomas performed maintenance today. He was quick and thorough. He also found an issue, checked into the warranty, and is taking care of it today! Update: Luis was at my house today for maintenance. He was thorough and answered all questions. Everyone who has come has been great! Mike went above and beyond. My problem was simple; I never felt patronized. He was very courteous and profession. He solved the problem quickly at no expense even though the issue was not the fault of a service person. It was a courtesy to a contract customer since it was a easy fix.
