Matt Black (the master technician) was exceptional! I had numerous reasons for his visit today which included a bathroom vanity fixture installation, inoperable porch fan, two overhead fans that were mostly inoperable, and some light switch mixups. Without drowning the review in the technicalities (though supremely interesting), he resolved everything quickly and efficiently! The best part was that he spent time explaining/demonstrating exactly what was happening and why, which made me as a customer and homeowner feel more at ease, empowered, and confident. On top of the basic requests, Matt provided useful diagnostic intel about the panel and existing surge “protection,” which ultimately resulted in upgrading our system. From start to finish, this was an A+ experience so Matt and the whole Sunrise company are my new go-to. Highlights: early/prompt arrival, excellent communication and education, friendly and patient, reasonable and fair pricing, efficient and reliable fixes/installs, and strict adherence to compliance and quality. Thank you Sunrise; but especially thank you to Matt! Update: Chris came back for part two of the services we needed and he and his apprentice were just as helpful, communicative, and timely. To make this simple, our house is from 1979. We wanted an updated breaker in garage, generator hook up for power loss, and a RV 50 amp hook up. Sunrise Electric was our second estimate. Ryan arrived and took a good amount of time completing a thorough walk thru. The estimate provided was $4,000 less than another company. We went with Sunrise. They were punctual, professional, very articulate, trustworthy, personable, and experienced. They completed this huge project (along with other smaller upgrades in 2 days. Robert and Rondell both did an a great job. Ryan and his team were amazing. I would refer every home owner and business to Sunrise. Sterling Erik did a tremendous job. He was professional, kind, and courteous. Due to a manufacturing problem, he had to come back a second day to complete the work. They might not be the least expensive company but they do tremendous work, and I will continue to use them for my electrical needs.

Gentleman who came out to give us our estimate was kind and knowledgeable. Website and office staff kind of beat around the bush about explaining the $59 repair estimate fee. They neglect to describe it as a repair OR estimate fee, so just to get an estimate for something that is not a repair is gonna be $59. Just would have been nice if office staff and website reflected that statement more efficiently. Otherwise, the electrician was kind and very knowledgeable! Also on the invoice its not on there as a repair estimate fee its on there as a service dispatch fee and swipe simple
