Had an emergency situation arise and gave Titanium a call. The service was prompt and very professional. Kevin treated me like I was his only customer and made sure everything was up to snuff. I went from no furnace to fixed in less than 90 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

These guys are awesome! I recently moved to Sprague Mb. I needed to install AC and I wanted to replace the furnace. I called around and got quotes from a couple of places. Titanium was almost 1/2 the price of a competitor! Larry came out and did the quote. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and didnt try to push products on me. Wayne and crew installed the furnace, AC and reverse osmosis system and very professional. Later we had trouble with our well pump and Kevin came out to diagnose the problem and help me understand what we needed to do. We required a new well but I was able text him and he answered questions during this process; a great resource. Later I had trouble with the new water conditioner system. Wayne tried to fix it with a zoom call as we are 1 hour from Steinbach. When this didnt work I contacted the office and spoke with Chris. I said I was not in a rush but he insisted it needed to be fixed now and set up an appointment one day later. The waived the service call fee which I appreciated. Wayne came out on a miserable afternoon and worked to solve the issue, in the end he replaced the conditioner. It was dark and snowing heavily by the time he was done I felt sorry for him having to drive home 1 hour in a snow storm but he reiterated that it needed to be fixed and I shouldnt have to wait. To me that is beyond excellent customer service. From the initial call to Freda to Larry coming out to show me product and discuss what I needed and not selling what I didnt need, to Wayne and Keven installing and providing excellent information when I called (less then 1 hour return call) to Chris insisting and booking service call within one day; I could not be happier. They came in and left the area clean. They are very professional and have excellent customer service. Very responsibly priced. I highly recommend Titanium Mechanical. Thanks guys!

price was high but from what I watched... he was diligent/ meticulous..thorough... everything checked twice.. did not leave till every drip was checked and working perfectly
