Jason Pipeworks Plumbing, Heating and Air (formerly TemperaturePro) is outstanding and has my highest recommendation. I replaced two HVAC systems, two associated air filter units, and a hot water heater. I got three estimates, and Pipeworks was the lowest by a substantial amount. However, quality and responsiveness are higher priorities to me than price, and I went with Pipeworks because they were so clear and complete in explaining the work and the options. Their technicians were painstaking in mapping out the job in advance, and during the installation. It was like they were installing in their own homes. While putting in the equipment, they noticed and fixed (free of charge) two pre-existing problems left by a previous company, involving partial kinks in a pipe and a duct. They have been extremely helpful in a number of other ways, such as programming the thermostats on our cell phones and providing the best site to purchase filters. Their technicians and office have been very prompt and thorough in all interactions. I am very pleased with our HVAC systems and very impressed with Pipeworks – by far the best interaction that I can remember with any provider.

Jason Jason and his partner were awesome. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were finished replacing three water cut-off valves in our bathroom within 30 minutes. They showed me what they did and were very neat. The pricing was very competitive. We will definitely use PipeWorks again.
My clogging issue had essentially fixed itself. But to make sure there was not a clog or backup, he and his stepson were nice enough to wait for my dishwasher to cycle and drain to ensure there were no issues.

Jason I noticed a leak in my basement last night and turned off the main water valve to the house. I submitted my info on the Angie website early this morning. PipeWorks Plumbing, Heating and Air called me minutes later and an appointment was scheduled for noon (same day). Jason came promptly as scheduled and quickly pinpointed the leak was from an appliance and resolved the issue by cutting of water to the appliance. The charge was only $40 because they said "it wasn't a plumbing issue and no plumbing work was done". Ok, but he identified source of the leak which I failed to do and he solved the problem. I appreciated the quick appointment, the quick identification of the source of the problem, the quick solution, the professionalism and very reasonable charge. No one ever wants to call a plumber, but if I ever have to again, I'm definitely calling this company back. I highly recommend this company
