Quentin Quentin was extremely thorough and did a fantastic job at my townhome in Eagan, MN. The HVAC vents had not been cleaned in over two decades. Needless to say they were very dirty. It has been several days since the work was done and I can definitely tell the difference. I had the dryer vent cleaned as well, but that was not nearly as bad since it was just cleaned last year. Moving forward I will be cleaning my HVAC vents and system far more frequently. Quentin is a good man and knows his stuff.
Overall I am pleased with the job Quentin did. When he was running late he called to let us know and comfirm it would be okay, which it was. He called again to let us know he was on his way with an ETA. He was courteous, explained what he would be doing and updated us on his progress.The only concern I had is when our carbon dioxide detectors started going off from the fumes from the vacuum which was just outside our garage door. It would have been nice if he had more hose to use. Also, Quentin left his roll of plastic to cover the cold air returns. Let me know if you would like to stop by sometime to pick it up.
Quentin Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. Quentin was able to pull out sawdust that must of been in the ducts since the house was built over 30 years ago and this is not the first time we have had them cleaned. The price was reasonable and as quoted over the phone. He was polite and conscientious, making sure the floors were covered and made sure everything was put back the way he found it. The only reasons I did not give him 5 stars is that we were quoted an arrival time between 12 and 2 and he did not arrive until just before 3:00 but he did call to let us know he was running behind and to ask if that was okay which is was. The other thing was to get the vacuum hose to reach our furnace in the basement he only had enough hose to reach to just outside our garage door. with the gas powered vacuum running the fumes were getting into the house and by the time he was finished, our CO detectors were going off and we had to air out our house when the job was done and the fumes were gone quickly. It would have been nice if he had more hose in the truck. As I said, overall I was very satisfied and I will use and reccomend Dust Doctors in the future.
Technicians (Aaron) are professional and pleasant to work with. They did their best to provide the best service possible. Pleased with customer service reps as well.

Aaron Had Dust Doctors out today. Aaron and Quentin were great. Explained what they were going to be doing, and in the order it would be done. Looked at my furnace and my air to air, had some cleaning recommendations for those - which I had done. Might as well have everything clean for the fresh start. Everything is nice and clean now. Aaron has even been in contact with me after they were done. Highly recommended!!!
