Steve They did such a great job on tumbled Travertine for my bathroom 6 years ago. They are one of the only companies I’ve found that did that type of work on Travertine. The difference is night and day. My Granite countertop in my kitchen now needs to be cleaned, polished and sealed. We finally decided to it today and I’m waiting for the results. I’ll update you back when they’re finished..

We just had our travertine floors professionally cleaned after 17 years. My husband found Sureshine and we decided to use them. After so many years the grout had become very dark especially when you looked under the area rugs. I really could not imagine they could get them to look like new but they did! The gentlemen who did the service, William and Ricardo did an amazing job. They were professional and friendly and explained everything. I highly recommend this company.
William Armando and his team did a great job!! My limestone floors and stairs which were in much need of a good cleaning and shine now look great and the marble bathroom counters look like new. The crew was on time, polite and efficient and did a terrific job.

He was meticulous & fastidious as he pieced together the stone & spent time polishing & matching to perfection. Steve Aguilar, was the salesman who originally accessed the job & was professional & knowledgeable. In addition, we appreciated the texts & emails regarding who & when they were arriving. They cleaned & polished a bathroom floor because we recently changed a toilet & the old toilet left a mark on the stone. A little disappointed that the line was not eliminated. Jorge Izzy and John did a great job. They worked hard and were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that your company charges too much - so I would hesitate to recommend you. I have used you a few times before and I was happy with the service. It is just that you are too pricy.
Isidro I was very happy with our granite repair by William. He matched the color well and the cracks are gone! He polished and sealed my granite countertops and then neatly applied new caulking at sink and along the backsplash.

Ted and his crew know this industry like no other. I was a licensed tile and stone installer who also did stone floor restorations before quitting 15 years ago to pursue plumbing and Ted has always been at the forefront of this industry. He was always will to share his love of the trade with me , giving me tips and advice, he helped create & invent products that most other guys now all buy and use on their own jobs. Really this company is the cream of the crop. Some folks might say they are expensive but how much does it cost to replace your floors or counters ? My wife and I watched a video of granite repair by Technician Ted McFadden and his Team from Sureshine Care and Restoration Services. Our kitchen granite was in terrible condition and breaking into pieces. They were respectful and courteous, answering all of our questions. In less than a day they did a super outstanding job!
