The process with our designer Cindy was very smooth. Our installer Wayne did an excellent job. The materials are top quality and will dramatically improve the quality of our lives. We are very please with the whole experience.
Kaye, my designer, helped me create a beautiful solution to an enormous, beautiful built-in television armoire that no longer worked for this purpose. She worked with me to design a perfect media storage cabinet. ShelfGenie provided a beautiful product which Wayne installed with skill and care, ensuring that I understood how to use and maintain my new treasure. The end product is well worth the investment.

Great Customer Service!!! We purchased a home with shelf genie shelves already installed, but a couple of spice rack clips were broken. I called up and the owner, Allison delivered them directly to my door! Also, she did it within a couple days & I live a bit far out in Helotes! Amazing customer service, especially I personally never purchased anything from Shelf Genie!

Wayne Howard did an EXCELLENT job installing the sliding drawers for me. I wanted white with the curve in the front and I wanted the drawers higher in the back so things would not fall out and lower in the front for easy access. Thanks to Wayne's professional installation, everything works as expected.

We had a whole pantry redone with gliders, and we couldnt be more happier. I had so much food that was expired because I didnt know what was at the back of the pantry simply because I couldnt see back there. The sales rep offered great suggestions and the installer was clean quick and professional. I highly recommend this company and the quality of their shelves are solid.
Great experience and very pleased with the result. Delivered on time, thoughtful design that turned chaos into organization, excellent quality, craftsman-like installation and proactive communication throughout. Not inexpensive - but worth it. Got proposals from California Closets and a local cabinet maker and am glad I went with Shelf-Genie!

Fantastic experience from start to finish and worth every single penny! The cost is reasonable for the quality, customer service and the added improvement in quality of life. I literally hated my pantry and had daily frustration. Now, it is heaven! I have nothing stored on garage shelves anymore. completely worth the investment and I am going to use Shelf Genie to help me with other kitchen storage needs. Cant wait!
