Aiden was good and very thorough. It took a while (2 hours) to nail down the problem, but he checked everything and communicated throughput the process. One issue determined, the fix was quick.

Aaron Pili was our technician and he was fast and efficient on troubleshooting and also replacing the parts. Very knowledgeable and explained things in regular terms. He was even courteous to give me a heads up when he was pulling up to our drive, just in case I had any pets. #miloapproved

I was told Id see him between 12p & 2p. Jesse called 5 minutes out. Arrived at 10:55. He knew right where to go to diagnose the issue. He tested and replaced a capacitor and by 11:20 I was cooling again.
They came to my house within an hour that I had called. Diagnosed the problem to the blower motor. Came the next morning and replaced it, my A/c was working within 2 hours. Great and fast service, Jesse does not mess around. Will definitely use them again.

Jesse has installed and serviced the equipment in both homes I have owned in Houston. He does a good job of diagnosing and appraising issues. He doesn't oversell you and will honor his work. I have used Jesse and the team at Texas Comfort Systems for approximately 6 years for at least two of my homes. The work is always outstanding, clean, and reasonably priced. I have absolutely no issues with this firm and will use again every time I have any heating or air conditioning concerns. The last big job that Jesse saved me from was when I got cheap and used the services of a "sketchy" AC company to install 3 large AC units on a new house. Of course, I instantly regretted it and Jesse had to bail me out because the work was so shoddy and they had used the incorrect parts. I should have just stuck with him because that would have saved me money and a headache! Believe me, I have learned my lesson! I have dealt with Jesse Covarrubias at Texas Comfort Systems for several years now, through the repair and maintenance of an older system, which finally died, to the replacement of that system and the venting in my 30+ year old house.
