Nick was great to work with. Had PM inspection done and tree leaf and pine needle debris removed out of the bottom of the outdoor unit. The only issue he found was a bad capacitor and replaced it. Todd Rice installed this Bryant heat pump in 2016. Its been running great. Thank you for continued great customer service.
Honestly, I couldn't be happier. Friendly, professional, prompt, and affordable. Had to beat that combo! I know I'm going to need more work on my HVAC in the next few years, and I'll definitely be coming back here!

Jason came to our home because the AC hadn't been keeping up with the heat wave. He checked out unit and determined it didn't have any coolant because of a leak. We went over two options: fill the unit for the season or replace it. After talking about the costs we decided just to fill the unit for the season and plan on replacing it next year. I appreciate Jason taking the time to explain our options to us so we didn't feel pressured to get a new system right away.
I’m so glad a friend told me about Mode. It’s a great company. The service techs are skilled, calm and courteous. Sarah, the office manager, is great too. They all go above and beyond to make sure my HVAC is in proper working order. Today, Jason, made several suggestions about ways to make my home more energy efficient. He also mentioned the blue light in the unit will probably need to be replaced in the fall. It helps to know this now so I can set some money aside to pay for it. I’m enrolled in their service plan. It’s about $30.00 per month. That amount is much less expensive than some of their competitors.
I'd like to share a very positive experience with Mode Comfort. I'm a contractor that had to clean the interior of a customer's air handler. The unit would not return to the AC mode. Mode Comfort squeezed me in at the end of the day on the first 90 degree day of 2024. I can't promise same day service, but I can promise fantastic service. Great job ! Kudos to all.
We had a great experience with Mode. From the beginning, they were easy to get in touch with, had great communication, and came by to service quickly. It took a few visits for them to figure out exactly what the problem with our AC unit was, and throughout the experience they explained what they were doing, potential outcomes, and I never felt like they were selling me into anything unnecessary. Jason (manager) does a great job, and was so patient with my large and loud dogs. Every technician including the owner was great with the dogs, despite them being barked at the whole time. I love what this company does to support dog rescue and I appreciate their thoroughness and honesty in their business. It’s a huge relief to have found a company that we trust. Highly recommend!

This is simply a great company to do business with. Fast appointment availability and the techs were right on time. All of the staff were friendly and very service oriented. Of paramount importance, they are scrupulously honest. They resolved what I thought was a major issue in less than fifteen minutes, and then did a check of my entire system. The head tech even looked up where I could buy a new on/off switch for my gas logs, texted me the link where I can buy it, and told me how to install it! Total bill - $202.00 I will never even consider using any other company. FYI - I’m a former middle-market CEO and a pretty darned tough grader!
Awesome company! Sarah was wonderful in setting my appointment and staying in contact with me regarding arrival time and technician. Jason called prior to arrival, arrived on time, was extremely courteous and best of all got my system back up and running! So happy Mode was recommended to me!
Jason, from Mode, did a great job today at my spring maintenance check! He was on time and called to say he was in his way. He is always friendly and explains what he did and if he found anything wrong. He even went above and beyond today and helped my friend look for her lost car key inside her car!

Above and beyond. Had someone previously look at our propane system and never mentioned the setup was incorrect (not to mention potentially dangerous). They made sure everything was installed correctly and operating safely!
The guys at Mode Comfort are the bomb! Ive needed them on multiple occasions and theyve NEVER let me down. Todd and Amy are always professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Dave Eggleston and team just finished up a two day Ductless multi-zone installation job at my house, Todd even came by to help on day one and scared the crap out of me when I saw him at the top of a ladder out my third floor window! The install included the recently released Carrier Ductless-ready 40MBAA multi poise air handler connected to the existing ductwork for the 2nd floor and the brand new generation of Carriers Performance Series 40MAHB Ductless high wall in the third floor bonus room / home office connect to one outdoor unit. These are brand new to the market and Dave hadnt seen these yet and he wasnt a bit phased with the set up process or the new technology. Nothing phases these guys and theyre always up to the challenge. Id ask them to work on the HVAC at my Moms house and I dont say that about very many people!

I contacted Todd Rice at Mode Comfort to get an estimate for a whole house humidifier install in my home. I had gotten 2 other quotes already, but I was so relieved that I called Todd because he was the only one who was honest with me about my homes needs. The previous 2 companies tried to upsell me on a premium humidifier that was oversized for my home, and thankfully Todd educated me about the risks associated with the larger humidifier. Todd helped me save over $1500 from what the other 2 companies had quoted, prevented it from raining inside my home, and now my home stays right around 50% humidity through the dry winter climate - which isnt helped by my gas furnace! Thank you Todd and Mode Comfort for going above and beyond, and doing the right thing.
