Once again I had a very great experience with Anton’s. David the Service Technician was so very nice and greeted both me and my dog as he walked up to my residence. Today David was at my residence to perform seasonal maintenance for my heat pump systems/air handler. David explained everything that was going on with my system. David gave me great pointers on how to keep my P-Trap clean. David was so very polite asking permission to come/go inside the house so that I didn’t have to constantly open the front door. David completed the seasonal maintenance and provided me with the system evaluation. David’s customer service was awesome and I’m extremely happy with Anton’s.
The team from Anton's arrived on time, explained the project clearly and concisely and got right to work. They were friendly, courteous and professional and were as nice to my dog as they were to me. When extra help was needed they arrived promptly and the job was completed in good time. Cleanup was impressive, I could hardly tell that any work had been done. Overall, a great job of weatherization. New folks today, same great results. Mike and Scott were friendly, professional, and knew what they were talking about. I don't know how anyone could expect more or better. Once again, right on time at 7AM and got right to work installing a whole new system. Finished quickly while keeping me completely informed on progress and what to expect through the job. They were careful about my dog, and when they were finished and ready to leave, except for the new equipment, you couldn't tell anybody had been working here. I don't picture being able to find a better group of folks to work with in their field. Anton's stays on a roll. Kaley was very helpful in getting things scheduled and Jacob showed up on time, went right to work, and finished quickly. I don't know how the service could get much better. Anton's just keeps getting better. Matthew went through my thermostat issue step by step and I should have no further problems with that part of the system.
I called Anton's after my wife called me at work around noon to inform me that the blower was not working on the furnace. All of their technicians were working but they put us on the schedule. Steve arrived around 4 pm and had quickly diagnosed the problem as being a faulty capacitor. He had the part on his van and got the furnace running shortly. Steve was very polite and personable. He represented the company well. We signed up for the maintenance program and will have Anton's give us a quote for a new unit in the future. I would highly recommend Anton's. Tommy came out today and performed the summer service for us. He was very thorough and answered all of the questions I asked about the system and what he was doing. Tommy was courteous and professional. I’m very satisfied with the service! John was very personable and professional. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in servicing my furnace. It was a pleasure to meet him and I feel confident in the service of my furnace! Great job John! Jacob was on time right at 8am. He was polite and courteous. He answered any questions I had and was very thorough with his system checks. He has continued the prompt and professional service I’ve come to expect from Anton’s. Kevin came out today to perform the maintenance service on my AC unit. He was polite and courteous as I've come to expect. He answered all my questions. As he was cleaning the outside coil, he ran into a wasp nest and disposed of it without getting stung. As usual everything checked out good with the unit!
Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing and why. I was very satisfied with service. I would highly recommend Taylor to do all hvac work and I will request him for all my future issues.

Nick Steve always provides great customer service. He informs me of exactly what is going on, what to look for and possible issues that I need to keep an eye on until his next visit. Always good to have someone that already knows your system and build this type of relationship.
Steve Mike was very professional and knowledgable concerning our furnace. He found a problem which could have led to health issues and clearly laid out options for correcting it. We decided to go with a new furnace and he called his office and arranged the new install for us immediately. Except for us having to get a new unit, we were very satisfied with the service.
Mike Nick did a great job. Provided accurate quote, explained the work to be done and finished it quickly and professionally while being mindful of the space he was working in.
Nick Kevin is great. Always remembers our equipment and some of the things Ed had done in the past. Ed can't manage things anymore and I rely on Kevin. He is courteous and kind. We never feel rush and always know what he has done.

I had to call in for an earlier appointment because of a situation that had arisen (funeral) since I made the appointment. Anton's was very accommodating and the technician, Steve Meyer, was out first thing/ 7:35 a.m.) in the morning.
Steve Anton’s Air Conditioning and Heating installed a tankless water heater. We are so happy to never run out of hot water. The installers were very professional. I highly recommend Anton’s!

My furnace went out last night. *** was very patient with me on phone. I was upset he couldn’t come that night but I understand. *** came this morning to fix it. Even though it had started working again before he got there, he didn’t make me feel stupid. He was very detailed oriented and made sure all was written down about what he did.
