Anton’s sent a team of two guys (Craig and Dylan) to replace second floor bathtub that was leaking. Additionally, they replaced the toilet shut-off. All work was completed on a Friday/Saturday and they worked to minimize the time the water was turned off. Everything was cleaned up and the trash taken away.
Jacob did a fabulous job on inspecting our system and educating us on all our options. Feel safer after his visit and appreciate him being so kind to our pups.
Had an issue with my A/C on the first hot day of Spring. Made an online appointment with Anton’s and was able to get service on my scheduled day off. David came out was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Clearly explained what the issue was and how it would be fixed. Gave clear instructions and recommendations for future maintenance. The part was replaced quickly and we are up and running again for the summer. Amazing customer service and knowledge I now have peace of mind for what I’m sure will be a hot humid Missouri summer. I had some plumbing work done recently on two different occasions. Both plumbers (Paul Portell and Cody Beatty) did excellent work. I called Anton's after my wife called me at work around noon to inform me that the blower was not working on the furnace. All of their technicians were working but they put us on the schedule. Steve arrived around 4 pm and had quickly diagnosed the problem as being a faulty capacitor. He had the part on his van and got the furnace running shortly. Steve was very polite and personable. He represented the company well. We signed up for the maintenance program and will have Anton's give us a quote for a new unit in the future. I would highly recommend Anton's. Tommy came out today and performed the summer service for us. He was very thorough and answered all of the questions I asked about the system and what he was doing. Tommy was courteous and professional. I’m very satisfied with the service! John was very personable and professional. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in servicing my furnace. It was a pleasure to meet him and I feel confident in the service of my furnace! Great job John! Jacob was on time right at 8am. He was polite and courteous. He answered any questions I had and was very thorough with his system checks. He has continued the prompt and professional service I’ve come to expect from Anton’s. Kevin came out today to perform the maintenance service on my AC unit. He was polite and courteous as I've come to expect. He answered all my questions. As he was cleaning the outside coil, he ran into a wasp nest and disposed of it without getting stung. As usual everything checked out good with the unit! Mike came out and performed the annual winter furnace check. He made a few adjustments and thoroughly explained everything he did. He answered all my questions in detail. He was courteous and polite. This is the type of service I've come to expect from Anton's techs!
