Although there have been occasional details overlooked (likely by a less experienced tech), when notified they promptly sent a more experienced tech who fully resolved the issues and personally arranged for a follow-up visit by himself at the next regular maintenance visit.

BWS is a great organization. They are timely, thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Jared recently came to our house to work on our garage heater, which had stopped working. He worked cleanly, efficiently, and the heater was back up and running in a few hours (turned out needing to split off and rerun gas to it after capping a line last spring). Super grateful to have BWS nearby!
